Great people and very knowledgeable and showed up on time.

They did an outstanding job! We had our television placed on the walls. they guy was super nice and explained everything before placing tv on the wall. He also showed us how to program our remotes. He was awesome!

The men that delivered and set up our TVs were fantastic. They spent the time to set up our streaming channels and taught us how to use all of it. They were polite, pleasant, and extremely patient. We couldn't be happier.

The Geek Squad mounted the TV and the sound bar right under it. They tested all the functionality pairing it with the TV. Then they also helped me set up the pairing with my cell phone and Mac book. Highly recommend this service.

Amanda, our consultant was able to connect our new t.v. and the new Sonos sound bar very quickly using our IPad instead of the usual smartphone for the necessary app. Also installed or hooked up Alexa with the sound bar. She instructed us on how to use the remote to move around the t.v. to get to the different devices.

The agent was able to mount and connect my sun Brite soundbar with talent and skill. Because of the way that the TV was mounted, it was almost impossible to insert the plug into the back of the TV. John made it appear easy. He was also super helpful. He connected my remote to the TV when he saw me struggling with that. He deserves a raise in pay and promotion

As indicated in my reviews of other purchases, the most extraordinary part of our buying decision was Christian Spelorzi, who installed our second system and was able to resolve the issues with our first system, when his colleagues could not. Cultivate this young man; he should play a big role in Best Buy's future!!
