Geek squad did a great job installing our TV and sound system with mounts

Installation by Geek squad was fast and neat. Took time to explain how system works.

I was so thoroughly pleased with Shaun Hicks, the technician that installed my sound bar. He was outstanding as a professional and handle the job, quickly, neatly and paid much attention to the quality of his work. I am an elite plus member and could not have asked for any better service.

The Agents mounted TV and Sound Bar. Rob Collins & his helper did an EXCELLENT job. Besides being knowledgeable,Rob being a strong man handled job with ease. The TV mounting was heavy.

THey are great and MASTERS of hiding those obnoxious cords! Genius but they couldn't install our mount. Fireplace with stones are hard to deal with overall. Not their Fault

There is no mounting bracket for sound bar, only audio connection. Serviceman connected audio to TV . But no possible way to mount soundbar due no hardware. Serviceman gets 5 stars Best Buy gets zero for misleading installation information.

Purchased this sound bar to help with better sound in a game room did the trick.

as always geek squad excellent, very helpful. had the old sound bar fail, geek squad examined, not repairable. purchased new one, geek squad installed new one adjusted sound. always use total tech and geek squad. clean and quick install.

Christopher Gambol did a phenomenal job in spending time mounting both of my TVs and not leaving until I was satisfied. Went above and beyond! Please make sure he gets a bonus or a pay raise because I’m sure he does this for every costumer he serves. Some of the best costumer service I’ve experienced!

The agents were exceptionally professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and competent. I can't recommend them highly enough. They were just fantastic.

Was very satisfied with the professionalism and the skill in which the GeekSquad team exhibited to mount our new Sonos Atc to our existing TV and sound system. The agent (Jon Taxis) made sure that we understood the function and features of our new sound system

I purchased my sound bars independent of the tv purchases and was nervous something might be left out on the service ticket. However, the guys that came had everything documented and installed my sound bars with no issues and took the trash away as well, leaving my house as clean as it was before they came.

The young man helped calibrate my home theater audio system that was purchased at Best Buy several years ago. OMG, Now I can really hear how awesome a set up it is. I had it set up wrong, apparently lolol He was efficient and so grateful that our home theater is truly sensational!

Super job getting the Sonos Arc soundbar mounted, and connectged. Tech also got two Sonos Roams set up and synced. Couldn't be happier.

My only problem with the installer who the Geek Squad sent to my home from MasTec was he spoke really broken English and it was difficult for me to understand what he was saying.....became very frustrating and I couldn't wait until the installation was complete....he also never gave me any instruction on the remote control for the sound bar

My last interaction with the Geek Squad was super. Victor took the time to explain the usage of all the the remote’s, TV, SUB WHOOFER, BLUE RAY player. The tv tech’s seemed to be in a hurry. I am elated at the finished product. All components are are working GREAT.

These guys installed the soundbar professionally, taught me how to not break it, then went over to the main house and got the sound working again so our surround worked for the streaming channels. Well done, Geek Squad! BTW, we are keeping the blanket they left behind safe and dry until someone comes by to pick it up.

Geek Squad did a great job with the installation. One tech showed up and immediately he knew another was going to be needed because of the size of the television. One call and a little while later another tech shows up and the job is completed.
