Two gentlemen came over to install our TV and soundbar and they were extremely professional and did an amazing job. They were careful with my home and took pride in their work. Highly recommend

The geek from the geek squad was very good. He explained to me what he was doing and answered my questions. He was going to be later than the appointed time and he called to let me know early enough and also a few minutes before he arrived.

The geek squad does not fool around! They hung my 77 inch Bravia, surround sound, DVD Player and hooked up my cable and WI-FI hiding all the wires in the wall! The guys did an excellent job and did it quick and super clean! Highly recommended!!

The Geek Squad guys were very professional and extremely efficient. They wall mounted the Tv exactly where we needed it and then miunted the sound bar immediately below the TV. Installation went quickly and they cleaned up afterwards.

These guys were very kind and professional. They did not make a mess. During the whole process they explained to me what they were doing and made sure I was comfortable with how they were doing things. They were there ahead of time as well. These guys go above and beyond to make sure YOU AS THE CUSTOMER IS HAPPY BEFORE THEY LEAVE..

What a value!! Pay one fee to cover all of your electronics, including the ones not purchased at Best Buy!! WOW, you cannot go wrong. Plus installation of big screen TVs, the installation charges alone covers this cost of the protection.

My soundbar was mount. However, in all fairness, I already had a sound bar up so the Geek Squad only had to replace the one I purchased for the new one. The Geek Squad customer service I received was excellent!

Geek team was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Note that the members are Best Buy direct staff and not a 3rd party contractor. Wish I could say the same for them.

So, this would be a five-star if it wasn't for the price. Charging extra to mount a soundbar when you already paid for a TV, the soundbar, the TV mount, soundbar mount, and for the TV service for the TV to be mounted seems like a money-grab when it takes roughly 3-10 minutes extra depending on your installer. Despite the price, the service would be hard-pressed to be any better.

This geek squad guy did a good job. Fits well and sounds great.
