This was a return visit post installation. The original squad member installed the sound bar with optical cable and there was an inconsistent nonsynchronization between audio and video. The technician changed the connection to ARC and it has made a vast improvement.

WE HAVE THE DOLBY ATMOS SOUND BAR AND SUB WOOFER BY SONY - IT WAS RECOMMENDED BY OUR IN HOME ADVISOR WHO CAME TO OUR HOME TO EVALUATE PLACEMENT OF SOUND BAR & SUB WOOFER ETC. WHEN YOU BUY THE TOP OF THE LINE YOU ALSO WANT THE TOP OF THE LINE ACCESSORIES - WE NOW FEEL WE ARE AT THE MOVIES WITH THIS MAGIFICENT TV - SOUND BAR SUB WOOFER ETC! WELL WORTH IT!!!

The guys did a great job in installing the new sound bar. They were efficient and neat in packaging the defective sound bar to return.

Wanted 6 TV /Monitors (and Sound Bars for each) installed in new office. Scheduling was not difficult and was fully explained inside the store. Pricing was very reasonable. I had some concrete walls but the team showed up with tools already in their truck to perform. They cleaned up very good as they were leaving. Walk-Around after work was done was very professional.

We were a little frustrated with how the eArc on the new sound are failed to connect with the tv about 50% of the time, but Lucas changed the setup to standard Arc and it seems to always connect the tv to the sound bar now.

Geek Squad did an excellent job of setting up new sound bar and moving old tv and soundbar to a different room. They were able to get the old sound bar working much better than it ever had before.

Would have given an excellent rating if installation was completed. My Blue Ray disk could not be connected because cable was not proper length. Still waiting for installer to return as promised! Please help so i can close my console!

Great service. Quick and efficient. They took great care even when they had to take the tv off the bracket and did a solid job.

The agents installed my tv and sound bar quickly. They also programed my remote for me. They help with installing the app on my phone to use my Sonos sound bar. Nice benefit from having geek squad is they will help you with all of your other electronic devices. Even ones that were purchased at Best Buy.

Fantastic instrall, great communication - personal calls, text notifications. ON TIME - efficient set up. The gentlemann also showed me how to use the remote, explained HDMI and the apps. Above and beyond. Worth $50. Way better and more value than hiring someone in independently.

Great, once I finally got a Geek Squad guy here after several no shows for scheduled appointments from the third party installers that Best Buy uses. I can say I would recommend only actual Geek Squad installers to a friend — tell the friend to make very sure the installers are not third party.
