Nice guys, but

How ever the one that installed the brackets on my wall for the sound bar install them too high,which meant my TV that was already mounted on the wall had to be moved higher. There was a problem with the volume control for the sound bar, they didn’t try to fix it. They just told me to use the other remote. When all they had to do was try a different code.

The team arrived on time (even a little early) and were helpful and knowledgeable. They even take all the boxes after! I highly recommend Geek Squad installation services!

Nice and easy for the set up.

One worked on the TV and the other worked on the sound bar, subwoofer and satellite speakers. They asked a few questions about where I wanted everything and they were done in 1 hour - even showing up 45 minutes earlier than expected.

We purchased an 85" Sony, 55" sony, (3) 43" Sony, JBL 9.1 Soundbar, wall mount brackets for our newly finished basement with theater, multiroom sound system and absolutely love it!
