Great install. Ended up removing wall mount bc it took away from the super flush flat screen LG tv buy recommend tv installs. Very simple so if you don’t want to spend $50, mounting sound bars are extremely easy and in hind sight could have done it ourselves.

Our new LG sound bar was delivered and set-up by the great team at Best Buy. Polite and informative about our new products. Have had the Geek Squad over to install several new Smart TVs, wall mounting, in wall wiring kit and a Sound bar. They have done excellent work, were timely and went the extra mile to assist us and answer all the questions we had.

Donny & Jamal are THE BEST! I had a problem with the sound bar and they didn’t stop until they found a solution. They stuck with me until I was satisfied. They were competent, professional, respectful and neat. I am extremely pleased with their service.

Geek squad did a great job with the install and made suggestions when adding the soundbar setup along with the mounting of the TV

This minimized wires showing and worked perfectly with our TV.

I need a 7* for this Geek Team! They not only showed up, but showed out! They left me more technically aware and provided the best service and follow-up one could ask for. Definitely an exemplification of what I imagined a Geek Squad to be!!

what a difference a sound makes, and a great look too.

Mike Hennesy installed our new Tv. Was very thorough. Gave me lots of useful information Answered all my questions. I had to call him a few days later due to what I thought was a problem. He got back to me and answered my concern. Very nice, conscientious guy.

The Geek Squad mounted my *85 in TV to the wall with a sound bar mounted to the wall mount . Everything was done perfectly and professionally. It looks so good, no wires hang down anywhere.

They mounted the tv but the sound at couldn’t be mounted underneath since the tv was big for the space. They strategically sat it wher it would not interfere with the signal turning tv on and off and suggested what we could do to hide the sound bar at top of tv.

The installers were fantastic and have been out several times, as the sound bar is not working correctly

The technicians came and installed my tv and sound bar, and they were EXCELLENT! They were very knowledgeable, professional, courteous. They did a great job - I felt terrible that I didn’t have much cash but what little I did have, I gave it all for their tip - they were great!!!

The agents mounted my tv and connected sound bar. Nice job, but not very useful as they could not get the sound bar to turn on with the tv. Had to reprogram logitec 660. Read up on the Samsung and found that I should be able to run HDMI EARC and get both tv and sound bar synced and enhanced. Noted that the sound on the tv sounds like the bottom of a well (echo) and found the sound bar mounts are across 2 of the speakers causing a major rattle and hum. Will need to correct and then try the sound. Other than that, the agents were efficient and timely. Did make sure I knew that the mounts I have were not what they would recommend, several times.

Sound bar Installation for a tv in a non-media room... Pretty simple however when Geek Squad comes back to install our media room I will need to get them to level this sound bar as there is a gap on one side where it is flush with the tv on the other side.

This mounting was needed for connection under tv for better support away from furniture, etc.

Tha guys did a good job but they changed something because my sound bar doesn’t turn on with the TV remote anymore. I had you guys out again to look at it but your tech guy said there’s nothing wrong. But it wasn’t like that until after the sound bar guys left.

Brian and his partner did an amazing job with centering our TV between two windows and getting the perfect height for viewing. They were knowledgeable about setting up our TV and getting our streaming going on this additional TV. They get a perfect "10". I would have them do this again.

The agent was fast, explainded everything, and cleaned up after himself before he left.
