These guys in warner robins are tops. I also live part time in Florida and wish I could get the store in Destin to return my email about some needed work. Maybe the stores need to swap some people

Jeff Sanchez made the installation experience of my TV, sound bar and Xbox truly enjoyable. Jeff was very knowledgeable and efficient. He was patient, answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable with his easy going demeanor. He went over and beyond what would be expected from an installer. He is exceptional!

Mounting was installed very professionally and but had to be removed because it was nor needed.

I could not get my new Sonos arc sound bar to pair with my Sonos speakers and Sony around the neck speakers. They found the solution with great determination and effort. They both deserve to put a star on their time cards!

Geek Squad came to my house, took down my old TV and installed a new TV with Soundbar in about the time it took to type out this review! 100% recommend using them!!!

The 2 gentlemen that came were quick, efficient and walked me through each part of what they were doing. As the set the tv and soundbar onto the wall, they noticed it was not level. Took the entire setup apart and centered it correctly. Even though they were quick working,the quality definitely showed!! Thanks guys!!

The techs removed my TV and installed the sound bar. The did an outstanding job an I was very pleased. I thought I had a sound problem but I easily corrected it. The two techs were very polite and went about their job very efficiently.

The Geek Squad representative checked out our new sound system and explained everything in great detail so we could understand how to best operate the sound and new TV. He was very knowledgable and patient with us as he reviewed the system with us.

These guys know what they are doing and are very friendly, clean, polite, on-time, etc. Anyone who does not have them assist in installing is crazy!! They took the time to set up Netflix, Hulu, etc. on my TV and explained how to use everything. Top rate service!

Alfonso and Aleena are fabulous! They are a great combination of professional and personal. I would refer the Geek Squad to my friends and family because of them.

Best Buy canceled my installation twice and both times they did it the morning of the appointment. Not only is this experience frustrating, but each time they tried rescheduling me at the back of the queue, which was a week later rather than prioritizing my appointment ahead of others with a later scheduled date. In speaking with customer service I got the feeling that nobody really understood what was going on as I would get multiple different explanations for why my service was continually being canceled. Unfortunately, you’re speaking with a call center. I believe they’re in Guatemala who can only reschedule you instead of finding a solution. I will never purchase this service again.

The Geek Squas staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. They were able to install the mount and TV and connect everything quickly and cleanedu very well afterward.

They could not connect the sound bar but they were able to connect to the TV and addressed other issues. They were excellent and very helpful. I would welcome that team into my home anytime.

After some initial confusion, the agents mounted my TV and set up the sound bar. They set the TV remote and explained how everything works. I wish I had asked them how to boost the bass but that is on me. Their work was excellent.

The technicians were awesome. Getting my soundbar and power extension and put up. They were into a few difficulties. But then they came back the next day and everything was flawless just the way I wanted it.
