Great reps from the geek squad, very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. They installed my items, made sure everything was working and gave me a demo. Getting another TV mounted based on there suggestions.

The agents who have come to our house have been very helpful. They have mounted three tv’s for us including sound bars, programmed two remotes (multiple times) and have been available to answer questions I have had after they have left my place.

Geek Squad (Sterling and Melena) where great to work with. Arrived on time,did the install and set a up the equipment without any issues. Programed the remotes and made sure everything was working and we were satisfied before leaving. Highly recommend them.

The GEEK squad were professional and knowledgeable. The only problem we had was with the Fire Stick. They had to go back to store to get help and we had to set up another appointment. Also cleaned up when they were done.

We recently moved into a new home and we bought three new TV's and Sound Bars. The Geek Squad came out and got everything professionally installed and working to perfection. Great job Geeks!!

best buy installed and set up the sound bar, great service and very knowledgeable.

Very professionally installed, no glitches, however I think the room it’s in calls for a tad more separation, i.e. surround rear speakers. Think I’ll move the sound bar to a bedroom and purchase a Sony system the Geek showed me for the living room, (actually $100 less than the Bose)

The two Geek Squad members had tv & sound bar set up in short order. They took all the time My wife and me needed to understand how to use tv, sound system and remote. They we really knowledgeable, professional and very nice to work with.

The technician who set our sound bar was very professional and made sure it was set up to our sound preference.

The agents arrived on time. Made sure we approved of the way the TV was to be mounted before drilling any holes. Set up the TV and all devices. Answered all our questions. Took away all boxes and wrap.

The agent mounted my T V and connected to different devices. He used state of the art cables and connections. Was polite , considerate and answered questions. Did not agree on everything that had been picked up by home consultant.

This mounting is rather heavy duty and allows you to swivel one or either side about a six inch range from the wall to facilitate access to the ports. I do feel it was a little highly priced but appears to be worth it.

I was thrilled with the knowledge of the agents as to how to program my sons' LG TV to his preference. They hooked everything up for us and also showed us how to navigate the remote control.
