Installer was great but the subwoofer doesn’t link up to the tv. Need an installer to come back out

We had originally wanted the sound bar attached to the TV, but after seeing everything in place, it was just perfect to place it on the fireplace mantle and they hooked it in minutes. Very courteous and professional.

Good crew. They left with subwoofer working, but then after a bit it started randomly cutting out. Tried to move but it kept doing. Not their fault. It was the sound bar and the limited wireless range or something.

I'd marked the wall where I wanted the TV installed and they were careful to get it at the exact location and height I chose. They hauled away my heavy plasma TV down 2 flights w/o complaint. Pleasant and pretty fast installation.

Best Buy agents were terrific I m sure my sound bar would not have worked properly without the expert install

The agentes from the Geek Squad installed two mounts and two TV and they worked on a very professional level they took care of everything on a timely manner and they make us feel very happy with their service.

Sound bar was installed but found out it was not necessary to have it with the sound system we have so it was later returned

Geek Squad did a great job hiding all the wires and making sure the mounting was done flawlessly. They answered all questions I had and left no damages. They even cleaned up before they left.

Jeremiah installed it and I’m grateful for his knowledge & expertise. Thank you for a job well done! He was training another Geek during the install and he is a good teacher.

The agents had to connect TV and sound bar to coordinate with cable and they did it!

The service was good but bit of an attitude with one of the installers. The bigger issue was getting the installation even scheduled and then have it proceed. Geek Squad was needlessly difficult.
