We had originally wanted the sound bar attached to the TV, but after seeing everything in place, it was just perfect to place it on the fireplace mantle and they hooked it in minutes. Very courteous and professional.

The Geek Squad Technicians were very courteous and helpful. They were patient in answering our questions and did a good job mounting our tv on a wall.

Good crew. They left with subwoofer working, but then after a bit it started randomly cutting out. Tried to move but it kept doing. Not their fault. It was the sound bar and the limited wireless range or something.

The sound bar was not mounted because the squad had the wrong mounting bracket for the job.
