The two gentlemen who connected and mounted the new LG soundbar to the new LG 75 inch TV were simply the best. It was refreshing to be delivered (pun intended) such solid customer service by true pros with multi-decades of experience between them!

Jose and did a fantastic job mounting the television. I was hesitant at first but I am extremely happy that I did. I have a lot more viewing options and previous setup.

Agents set up, mounted & installed my system. Made recommendations and helped familiarize me with the controls. Made sure everything was working including accessories before finishing the job. Highly recommend!

If I could give negative stars I would. First appointment, tech only installed TV, said he didn't have time to install sound bar. Second confirmed, appointment, tech couldn't show up and I wasn't notified. Third appointment, tech didn't show up. Fourth appointment, tech called at 3:30 that he would be here at 4:30. I had confirmed with dispatched that the work had to be complete by 4PM. Need to reschedule yet again.

Best Buy canceled my installation twice and both times they did it the morning of the appointment. Not only is this experience frustrating, but each time they tried rescheduling me at the back of the queue, which was a week later rather than prioritizing my appointment ahead of others with a later scheduled date. In speaking with customer service I got the feeling that nobody really understood what was going on as I would get multiple different explanations for why my service was continually being canceled. Unfortunately, you’re speaking with a call center. I believe they’re in Guatemala who can only reschedule you instead of finding a solution. I will never purchase this service again.

Excellent service from a Geek Squad technician. Much more knowledgeable than the subcontractors that installed a TV for me.

Just like my summary says, the Geek Squad employees were Professional (they arrived on time), Knowledgeable (answered my questions) & Courteous. They cleaned up after the installation. Geek Squad was worth to money.

The sound bar was not mounted because the squad had the wrong mounting bracket for the job.

The geek squad recommend to mount the sound bar underneath attached to the TV. Awesome recommendation. Blends completely with the TV for a clean look! 100 percent satisfied! The only way to go is geek squad!
