There is a little improvement in the sound on my TV since the sound bar was installed. I bought this item as a Christmas gift for my husband. It was suppose to be installed by Geek squad the week after Christmas. Unfortunately they cancelled 3x and finally managed to come out in March. After it was finally installed it kept turning on at 3am overnight and waking us up.They came out again and fixed it, but did not explain how to adjust the sound.

Excellent service every time we have used the Geek Squad. They always show up when promised and a prepared the service we need.

Agents delivered the TV and Mounted the Sound Bar. They were very thorough, personable and clean. They also ensured I knew how to operate everything before they left. Great Job Geek Squad!

The agents installed my TV and sound bar on the wall in my living room. They were very careful and professional. I would recommend this to anyone.

First of all, there should be a disclosure statement for mounting the sound bar to the wall.The second Geek Sqaud memeber told us that he would not mount the sound bar on the wall beacause of the weight and where we asked it to be mounted. The other excuse was that the bar was to heavy for the supplied mounting brakcets. We paid X amount of $$$$ for them to mount it but it was not done. Why charge for a service that they will not do. We are trying to get a refund back from BestBuy for service not renedered.

The agents came in, set up my Sony 75" & connected my Yamaha Sound System. Everything works very well! They were in & out in no time. Very happy & pleased with their service.

Not sure now that I really needed the sound bar. Could have probably done without it. Geek squad did a good job seeing up tv and soundbar. Would have them come again if needed. Very helpful and two I had were very friendly.

addon soundbar connect and mounting is stable and high quality for the price, had in installed by geek squad

The installer where nice and communicated the problem. The problem, a hole in the wall, not sure if it could’ve been prevented because of my walls. Overall the tv is covering and looks great. I just know I have hole behind the tv and it bugs me. Side note; didn’t realize I needed to buy a mount and they fortunately had one and I bought from them.

Scott is great and knowledgeable. He has helped us several times with electronics. He’s helped us with tv’s, internet tv setup, surround sound setup. He’s a wiz with Sonos too

she did a great job. Very impressed with her thoroughness. She did have to have us help but that's because, in spite of being told the price was based on two people, they only sent one.

The Geek Squad folks were helpful, friendly and on time. Even went the extra mile (literally) to go back to the store to get a mounting bar that I didn't know I needed.
