Geek squad came to my home for installation. They followed my needs and instructions perfectly. They were obviously well-trained and learned as to what they were doing and what I needed them to do. Geek squad rules, TY. GmanC

The field technicians mounted my 84" TV on the wall mount brackets and connected sound bar and subwoofer system very nicely. They were helpful, knowledgeable and courteous.

I dont know what they did or what happened. I just know nothing was messed up. So they did something right.

The agents mounted a 83” TV to the wall on a Sanus TV mount. Their workmanship is tremendously noticeable as the tv perfectly straight and secure.

The installation and the installation team were a great disappointment. They did not pick up after themselves, left packing material and the boxes in our living room. I also discovered when I tried to watch our first movie that hey didn’t even complete the installation. We had to wait 20 minutes while the soundbar software updated Overall I do not recommend using Geek Squad for AV installation services

Soundbars are not easy to install and successfully sync with the TV, but thanks to the Geek Squad installer, our soundbar works perfectly!

Geek Squad was ontime and knew exactly how to mount 75" tv and sound bar

Just had the soundbar fall off the wall when my wife was dusting it. Mind you she was using a feather duster and not really touching the soundbar but it came off the wall and looking at the mounting job done by the people bestbuy sent, they didn't even use the right screws!! I am not able to remount this to the wall. Thankfully I had our TV Stand in place so the sound bar didn't have far to go. HOWEVER this begs the question of how our dang TV is mounted!! If its the same terrible job then its only a matter of time before it comes crashing down! What in the heck?! How do i get someone from Bestbuy to come by and fix this mess?

Chris & Matt mounted tv and soundbar. They are an asset to BBuy. 10 out of 10. Completely satisfied.

They were able to mount my TV and connect in the other peripherals. I want it to go with it.
