Geek Squad set up and mounting is excellent. They take care of everything and make good suggestions. However, due to the high price involved it is better when you use this for multiple installations.

The guys on the Geek Squad arrived as scheduled to perform the job. They were nice and used their time wisely. They correctly installed my soundbar and it is functioning properly.

In addtion to the TV mount over the fireplace, we had the Geek Squad install our Samsung sound bar under the TV. The sound bar mount is mounted to the TV mount so the TV and sound bar mount move as one piece.

The personnel assigned were prompt and very professional with delivery and setup. The TV and sound bar were synchronized and we were given very thorough instructions on the use of our new electronics.

This isvtheb2nd time I have had the Geek squad install and they reall knowbwhat they are doing

Just had the soundbar fall off the wall when my wife was dusting it. Mind you she was using a feather duster and not really touching the soundbar but it came off the wall and looking at the mounting job done by the people bestbuy sent, they didn't even use the right screws!! I am not able to remount this to the wall. Thankfully I had our TV Stand in place so the sound bar didn't have far to go. HOWEVER this begs the question of how our dang TV is mounted!! If its the same terrible job then its only a matter of time before it comes crashing down! What in the heck?! How do i get someone from Bestbuy to come by and fix this mess?
