Techs were clean and fast. They were very knowledgeable.

Geek Squad set up and mounting is excellent. They take care of everything and make good suggestions. However, due to the high price involved it is better when you use this for multiple installations.

In addtion to the TV mount over the fireplace, we had the Geek Squad install our Samsung sound bar under the TV. The sound bar mount is mounted to the TV mount so the TV and sound bar mount move as one piece.

This is the best part, the sound bar is mounted too for free of charge with Total Tech package
