Geek squad did a great job. At first there was a problem tech call another tech and worked it out. System is amazing

Outstand four-day effort from a skilled team installing dozens of items.

We elected not to have it mounted. The agent did a great job connecting and setting up.

The agents used a Sanus wall mount to solidly fix my Samsung 65"TV, all bought at Best Buy, on our great room wall.

The installer didn’t seem like he wanted to be there. He wanted to do it the easiest way, not the best way (which would take longer). Also, the whole system of scheduling a repair or installation is ridiculously complex. Took me 10 mins to get through the prompts accurately to get me to the right place. Took another 45 mins for an agent to find my order and then to schedule a repair. I wouldn’t buy this service again

The agents that came and mounted our soundbar did a fantastic job and were knowledgeable. I'd hire the Geek Squad again.

The agents connected the sound bar to the mounted tv and walked me through all the steps to get the app started. They also took the time to show me how to use the sound bar.

Installing our soundbar was transparent. Meaning he installed professionally, cleaned up and explained everything to us. He took care of our products as if they were priceless. An asset to geek squad.

The team of three ppl were great. Got the sound bar mounted and programmed. But I don’t like to Sonos sound bar or bass and want to return them.
