The agents used a Sanus wall mount to solidly fix my Samsung 65"TV, all bought at Best Buy, on our great room wall.

Audio mount was not adaptable for my TV and had to be returned. The Squad tried but wouldn't support the weight of the speaker.

The geek squad did a excellent job setting up my Samsung 65 inch TV after Mounting it with my Klipsch soundbar. The tech Kevin spent plenty of time explaining all of the features and how to use them as well

This service is immense value and a must have to enjoy the theater experience.

The installer didn’t seem like he wanted to be there. He wanted to do it the easiest way, not the best way (which would take longer). Also, the whole system of scheduling a repair or installation is ridiculously complex. Took me 10 mins to get through the prompts accurately to get me to the right place. Took another 45 mins for an agent to find my order and then to schedule a repair. I wouldn’t buy this service again

Best Buy's Geek Squad did an exceptional job of politely, completely and did a great job of cleaning up as well.

This in not my first installation by the Geek Squad, and as usual the representatives were efficient, courteous, and communicative. Installation could not have been more pleasant or effortless (for me).

Agents install work was excellent the scheduling was a major fiasco. Had to visit store 3 times to straighten out.

Geek squad is the best. On time, courteous, friendly, and did a great job. We love the look of having the TV and sound bar mounted on the wall as opposed to sitting on a cabinet.
