    Technician was professional and polite. Laid down rugs when entering my home. Intstalled quickly asking me where I wanted it. Cleaned up after himself when done

    The two reps took down my old tv and soundbar and installed my new tv and old soundbar. When they got done, everything worked great.

    The guys didn't show up with all of the stuff to do the proper mounting of my soundbar. They basically rigged up the mounting and electrical connections. I ended up using the proper mounting they said wouldn't work and installed it the proper way myself. It was a waste of money.
