    They did not fill my request to connect my Sony Sound bar to my Sony TV and make sure all of the features work properly.

    I knew I was going to have to set up the universal remote system (Harmony IR) myself, but as it turns out they did not correctly attach everything that had oreviously been attached to the other TV. I specifically told the salesperson what my setup included, apparently it did not get communicated to the installers. I had to contact the guys who had done the original custom installation and pay him to correct what these guys did wrong. Regretting not hiring him to begin with, as he would have charged me less than half what Geek Squad charged, and he would have done it right the first time!

    I have discussed with BestBuy as my order was not delivered to store on time so reschedule the audio set up service and they told me to wait until the day of appointment to see if I do not get the item at BestBuy then tell them to reschedule. I could not reach the person or do it online or by phone on the dat so I went to Bestbuy and the Geek sqaud person "Lisa" spoke to the service guy and told him to reschedule the appointment and told I will not be charged for it. But later when I checked I was charged for the service. Worst service from Bestbuy.

    Had to buy a new harmony remote with my replacement AV tuner. Geek came out , we had to go on the internet, he ultimately had to "phone a friend" to get this $250 remote to barely function. He had the AV set up in an hour and had to take 3 hours and lots of external support to get the remote to co-ordinate, HE TRIED HARD. Just had junk to work with. Still have NOT had a smooth transition from TV to MOVIE or XBOX yet. TV will turn off and have to press sequence of ON-OFF- then TOGGLE to get it to come back on.

    Some dumbest people ever had come over to my apartment. They said was not compatible after drilling holes in the wall. I installed it myself a week later. Now i have to get a quote for 3/4 in hole they left. If you get the the non-full motion mount, you should he ok with wall anchors they used. However, do not trust them will full motion mount.

    Left me sitting with a defective QN 90 A tv. While I can watch it, he didnt evev adjust the picture to fit the tv so the picture is too large to fit the screen.

    I probably should not have gotten this because it does not seem to be better than what i had before. Now that I have it I will continue to use it for a while anyway. I am not sure if I can take it off my system.

    Geek squad tried installing my sound bar.

    Agent was to hook up soundbar. Said bar was defective. I had it working about 10minutes after she left. She went to website and called two other techs. Allthough i told her about 5 times the link up button was on base box. Would not listen to me. PS Ihad it installed before she even got here. I was hoping she could link to tv, and Alexa. So much for that

    Technician Installed four speakers instead of five and out of four one was not working (which eventually I had to fix). Installation expert didn't tell me that wire for one speaker was missing and when I called he said the wire was missing and he need to comeback and install the wire which would cost me for extra trip + extra for wire (he should have told while he was installing and not later when I can called him to tell that two speakers are not working). I called the store manager and was told that I will hear back in next few hours and now it is few days and I am still waiting to hear back.

    First remote set-up did not work properly. Geek Squad returned and fixed the problem. The remote now works well. Geek Squad was polite and professional, but expected proper set-up the first time.

    To date I still do not have any soundbars. The computer requests that I make an appointment for installation. It verifies the appointment. Two hours later it cancels the appointment and requests I make an appointment to have the soundbars installed. This has been going on since purchase. You apparently have a software glitch that, so far, to my knowledge has not been fixed. I would like my soundbars. This install problem appears to be limited to soundbars.

    Tech was not like any I encountered before he came almost 3 hrs late and rushed through set up of sound bar. It was not working properly when he left I called him with in 3 minutes to tell him that..... his response I'm late for my next appointment call and make another appointment or return the sound bar .......very unprofessional.

    We purchased our Sony TV and soundbar back in November. They came and connected everything. Our soundbar stopped working. We waited for them to return and swap out the soundbar. It would not work. Then they said it was the "mother board"in the TV and would need replaced.

    The "Tech" person you sent DID NOT have the knowledge to add this item to the system - WHICH I BOUGHT FROM BEST BUY and which worked when it was disassembled when I sold my house. I DO NOT think I should have had to pay for this, nor the service agreement that was supposed to suppy this service!

    This TV was mounted above the treadmill, but the Geek Squad personal couldn't connect it Comcast. Nothing wrong with the mount or the TV, just could watch until I had Comcast come out.

    Doesn't sound much better than TV speakers. My advice -- spend a little more for an upgrade.

    I was given a service window of 7am-1pm. This person did not show up on time. I called at 1:15pm and talked to a rep. I said I was not available after 2pm. They asked the technician to call me. He called and left a voicemail at 3:40pm. I called back. I could not leave a message; his voicemail box said the mailbox was not set-up and would not allow me to leave a message. Totally useless!!!

    the teck new less of setting the bose soundbar than me. he did finally got some sound out of it. sounded real bad one speaker was not working at all.$140.00 waste. pulled out system and took back.
