    I don’t feel it was right that I was charged $79.99 for setup just because I requested setup after I got the sound bar home and realized I couldn’t do it myself after I was assured by an associate at the store that it wasn’t hard to install.

    The Geek Squad member was very knowledgeable and did a great job with the audio. However, the Atmos Sound bar is still switching back to TV speakers

    Took longer than it should to get appointment.

    Had to call twice to get them to set up. First time said they couldn’t make it after waiting all day for them and making multiple calls to see status of their arrival. Usually not a big deal but when you take off from work it is a big deal. Was told by sales lady that speakers were included which they were not .

    Geek squad came for the wrong thing. Wanted them for training on the controls of the TV and soundbar not the installation.

    The agent at the Collegeville store reactivated the touch pad on my laptop, and was unable to deactivate it. He went to the rear of the Geek Squad area, came back, and announced that there is no way to deactivate the touch pad. Because of dealing with this for the entirety of my appointment, we dealt with none of the issues I came to discuss. An atypical but still unacceptable visit.

    Came in with broken freezer. Called customer service- they refused to set up a new delivery appointment . I paid gor the stuff- they came in with a broken freezer- and best buy dont want to even clarify when I can get the item I paid for.

    3 guys came to install our new TV and connect it to the existing audio and video feeds in our home. One guy did nothing. The other two dissed our existing audio cables (RCA) and at first said couldn't be done. Also noticed that we had just switched our internet to AT&T and one of the gurs said that we'll regret it and be sorry. Asked if this was for sure the 4K, and they weren't real sure. Not very professional.

    I Had a really Strange Experience, I spend $200 to have the technician installed the TV and Sound Bar. But the guy that was installing it didn’t know English very well. I emailed Best Buy to let them know how it went,it was a waste of $200 to not know how to used my TV and Sound Bar. I had to just read the manual.

    The technician was not able to fix my audio set up. He stated that some of the the speaker outlets in the amplifier did not work which we found was not correct. Someone else fixed the problem with the same amplifier and we realized some basic troubleshooting was not done by the technician (e.g. tracing wires to speakers & connections of all the speakers to amp)

    The tv worked while here but after he left I turned it off and when I turned back on it didn’t work. Need additional help.

    Frankly the service didn't live up to expectations for the price. Multiple trips were necessary and they weren't able to complete without charging more.

    i paid for them to install the speakers with Television, amp and speakers. The system still says NEEDS INITIAL SETUP, I HAVE CALLED, TRIED TO GET THEM BACK HERE..TO NO AVAIL. I CANT GET THEM ON THE PHONE, OR ON THE INTERNET. WHEN YOU TRY TO ASK FOR RESCHEDULE IT WANTS TO CHARGE ME ANOTHER 200.00. I PAID THAT MONEY AND CANT USE ANYTHING! ITS RIDICULOUS. POOREST QUALITY OF INSTALL I HAVE EVER RECEIVED.

    Was a waste of money for them to come out they were here 5 minutes and basically did nothing I seemed to set up my speakers and just had to turn them up and yet still charged 189.00 bucks for nothing I should have been given a refund

    I ordered the in home service and they went to the wrong house in the wrong state. Took 4 weeks and 5 phone calls to try and straighten it out
