    The same installer returned for the second time. I had complained that my TV was damaged on the side and that my dresser was scratched after the first install. The installer denied doing the damage. He said we would not work in my house and left. The install is still not completed. "Great Service" Best Buy

    My disappointment was not so much with the installers. The installers actually did a bang up job. My grief was with the processing of the installation request. My original appointment was canceled without my knowledge. I Had to reschedule my installation date multiple times. Rearranging my schedule to accommodate the installation was a very challenging. Horrible experience.

    I’ve had them over in the past and they were very good this time I had to have them here three times at least they come back

Our goal is to for our techs to handle it so you don't have to, so I can imagine how you felt when you had to rearrange your schedule a second and third time to get this fully set up. We appreciate how patient you were with these appointments, and hope you can give us another chance to get everything installed on the first try with any future projects.

    Was not a sound bar set up. They were supposed to connect my Bose Lifestyle 650 sound system. None of the representatives seem to have any knowledge of how to connect the system.

    Very upset that I invested in geek squad to install this product. They left and took all the manuals and instructions with them, leaving me nothing to refer to. I even tipped them no realizing what they did. Furthermore, the Best buy store responds that I have to go online and download everything .

    Tech came out. Explaining it was a 2-tech job. He said to leave it in his hands. He would come back with a date to complete the installation correctly. Tech NEVER came back or rescheduled to complete the installation...Geek Squad the worst service ever Tech name was Jason

    Installation and set up was done correctly. But installer managed to break front access door. That AVR had to be replace.

    I paid in advance for installation of the soundbar. when the Geek Squad technician came out to mount my TV above the fireplace, the soundbar did not need to be mounted as it sits on the mantle perfectly. However, I have been unable to get the $49.99 charge credited back to my account. The technician was great, but make sure you don't pay for services in advance that you might not need as they don't want to apply a refund!

    Geek squad installed system but didn’t show us how to use the system. Wouldn’t recommend geek squad to anyone.

    Regarding the "Add-On Soundbar Setup" Wasn't installed by Geek Squad, this was an independent installer contracted by Best Buy. I watched him change the TV's sound output setting from "HDMI" to "Internal Speaker". Nuf said.

    Disaster. Sound bar could not be loaded on or controlled even after I was assured I could use my laptop for this function. Waste of company and my time. Soundbars were returned. Sales people did not know or care about the customer.

    I do not know a word for less than basic. To connect audio to surround sound in one room! Takes about an hour. Lie again, did not connect components to audio. Wanted more money (marketing) to buy the anything happens we will fix for malarkey was more important than hooking up components. Total rip OFF!!!

    They did not complete the install did not hook up DVD player they were to adjust the sound with the microphone that came with receiver did not do that I came back to store talked to them told them I wasn't happy they told me someone would contact me to.come and finish no-one has ever got hold of me I paid 189.00 and never got full service
