    I wanted wireless headphones and over-all audio set-up. I explained this to TWO floor reps. They sold me headphones, $90. A Geek squad appointment was made for $130. The squad tech came, first time, surveyed my TV etc. He said I needed to buy a analog-digital converter, $30. His second visit was a bust. My TV does not allow for ANY audio output! FLUSH MONEY.

      I’m sorry that your audio setup didn’t work out for you. Sometimes there is a technical incompatibility which can cause something like this not to work right. We understand that, and that’s why under our Return & Exchange Promise you would have 15 days to bring back the products that didn’t work for you to your local Best Buy store for a refund or exchange. That time period is extended to 30 and 45 days for our Elite and Elite Plus members, respectively, as well.

    Best Buy installed the sound at at my home. It has not worked since day one. We reported immediately Best Buy came back out two or three weeks later staged it could not be fixed and they would not replace it. Total waste of money after spending almost 5,000 on a tv and sound bar

    The agents just pressed a few buttons on the receiver. They didn’t check the wiring on the speakers as I had hoped. They told me to keep an eye on it, and they walked out. Yet im charged 107 dollars still.

    The tech from MasTec hooked up the receiver wrong. The surround sound wiring was wrong and the subwoofer didn’t work. Recalled Geek squad and Two techs from Dynamic Home Theater came 2 weeks later and hooked it up the correct way. The way it was hooked up by mastec could have blown some speakers.

    Geek Squad never did show up with a sound bar

    Waited over a month for this sound bar to come and it never did. We had 3 delivery dates - 4 hour windows - all canceled. If you’re going to sell something, make sure you can get it or keep it in stock.

    Soundbar Not Installed Correctly

    The agent did not connect my soundbar correctly & left leaving an humming sound & the surround sound doesn't work. This Bose unit worked fine prior to his reinstallation on new TV. He also did not connect the DVD either. Am looking forward to another Tech to come & fix everything.

    Did not finish job as sound continues to come out of TV programs and also a DVD movie at same time. VERY FRUSTRATING to get any KIND OF GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! Any phone service is a joke! Now on HOLD for 35+ minutes

    Failed to show up two (2) times without calling. As a result, I had to take three (3) days off of work instead of one (1). I blame Best Buy, not the Geek Squad.

    Did not finish job the first time. The salesmen told me it was a basic set up but the geek sgaud said it was advanced. They did not have what was needed to do the job either. I got the cables needed and rescheduled. They did not show up or call. When got there for the third appt. Did not finish again because he fried my tuner while working on it.

    this is the worst soundbar I ever purchased. its level of volume is worse than poor. If Samsung tv has sucg a poor volume quality it should be taken off the marketI. Since I'm a senior sound quality is number one on my list
