    We were unable to have the sound bar added. If we were charged for this, the charge should be removed. The service team was not at fault, we did not have the needed equiprment to add a soundbar.

    If I could rate this a zero, I would. This has been the most frustrating process that I have ever been a part of. No communication, then incorrect communication, then no-shows on appointment times…a complete cluster!

    I told the gentleman my device wasn’t working properly, they said they would come back they never showed up !!!!! Very disappointing

    Soundbar volume control using cable remote stopped working within the first hour after installation. Called Geek Squad. Joshua kept asking me to call the manufactureron my own.

    Sometimes when I turn the TV off the sound bar will not work I don’t understand why and it’s hard to have the Geek Squad repair come and fix it even though I have a four year warranty

    I scheduled this service when I bought a TV. Best Buy then res hulled it without my consent. They then canceled the appointment with no explanation. Then I was told they didn’t have the TV I bought. Trying to resolve this online or via the phone was IMPOSSIBLE!

    Installation date kept changing and pushed further out. I’m a total tech member and didn’t expect to have to wait almost a month for this install. I had to pay a neighbor to hook it up for me.

    The tech lacked knowledge trying to set my system, which I purchased from Best Buy. I spent hours setting up the appointment and more hours trying to follow up on why tech did not keep the followup appointment. I paid for the service and did not get proper help.

    This was the worst buying experience I’ve ever had. They didn’t go the install correctly so I had to hire my own techs come out and fix the mess. Fidget about calling them it’s so time consuming and you can’t get to the right person to help you. No one cares.

    Installer was not using common sense When installing my sound bar. Best Buy should train their installers instead of hiring people from Dunkin to install electronics

    Sorry never did the sound bar as requested. Made excuses of why not instead of how can we rectify. Tied of too many excuses and nothing done about the situation. Giving one star is a blessing

    The agent did not know much about Bose speakers. I will say he was contracted by Best Buy. He got it working but not how it was suppose to be. Afterward I kept trouble shooting until I got it right. So that was a waisted service call.

    Had them set up TV receiver and harmony remote. TV consistently comes on by itself. Middle of the night!. Trying to get them back out to look at it again has been a nightmare. Finally got a return visit appointment for two weeks from now! So not happy

    This one was a complete problem it was a misunderstanding they didn’t hook up my speakers in the right way they didn’t hook up my amplifier in the right way they asked for more money I did it myself

    That’s why I didn’t send out geek squad but they sent a third-party to install the third-party was very unprofessional and didn’t do a very good job of the install I had to return my sound bar and my rear speakers

    The volume on my sound bar is very low you advance the bar to 100 dose not get loud, the volume on the tv is louder than my 800.00 sound bar. I want that corrected. The volume was fine on the tv I replaced 65 inch tv Sony.
