    I would not recommend. They put holes in my wall. I was told they would open a claim, but no one ever contacted me. I had to pay a contractor $100 to fix.

    After making an appointment 3 weeks in advance, the tech never arrived at my house. Not acceptable, and I will be cancelling my annual renewal.

    Still not able to sync the TV with the soundbar...going up makes it worse and not able to go less than 0 to get it correct...this all should have been done when the TV and Soundbar was installed

    sound bar has issues after Geeksquad fixed ittwice

    Having lot of issues with Bose sound bar, there is lip syncing problem, sometimes it just stops working so no audio and sometimes it turns off tv

    Very disappointed tv, and sound bar were installed in a hurry technicians didn’t take the time to walk me through the setup, had a second technician come back but that technician was in a bigger rush soooo frustrating.

    They were a no show. No calls. Just contual text message that would arrive at 10:30AM. Even call center in tulsa could not reach the guy. Management could care less

    They did a good job a connecting everything to the right HDMI. But the cable management was not don’t good at all. One of the reasons I wanted them to do it. Was so they could organize everything up nicely. Anyone can just plug in a hdmi.

    Installer hooked it up wrong. Had to call for assistance and rep came out and fixed at a latter date. Works fine now.

    Had to have Comcast come out and Fix

    After Best Buy hooked up TV and Surround sound, everything seemed great. Turned out the phones weren't working and neither were cable functions on other TVs. Had to have Comcast come out and redo everything. Took 4 hours to fix. Could have done better myself.

    Everytime they come back it seems I need another part. So far i just keep paying out money and still don't have audio coming out of all my speakers. Ready to return all equipment if nothing is resolved.

    Is not working properly the goes on and off the sound the installer came twice to correct the problem but still the problem continues on and off

    It is a long story but after the Geek Squad, three visits to two different stores for guidance, I still am not able to play Spotify through my speakers. Nice kid but apparently wasn't very experienced.
