    They have been to my house several times to install a jbl sound bar. Every time they show up, they dont knk ehag fhey are doing on the install.

    We have had the worst experience now 3 times with install from Best Buy when using third party…. NEVER use them Geek squad techs only

    Basically incompetent and would not recommend any service offered by GEEK SQUAD. Not very intelligent and not willing to admit that they made a mistake in their assessment and sold the wrong equipment.

    left it not working for a month. Made another appt to get it fixed. Tech did not show up because of Best Buy's inability to schedule to repair.

    You have got to be kidding! Geek Squad was a no show, no call. With service like this Best Buy will be going the same way Circuit City ended

    The tech was clueless. I had to have another home-theater company redo this guys work. They have served central Florida for 40yrs and are willing to write a statement on this guy’s ignorance.

    Bose sound bar 5 could not be installed

    Service tech told me that the sound bar could not be mounted without wires hanging, even though their tech had mounted the television on a previous date with the wires going through the wall. I just want a refund.

    Took 3 times to set up my TV

    Took 3 appointments to set up my television with the audio bar I purchased along with it. Oh and then I was charged an extra $50 to mount the audio bar as soon as the squad arrived.

    Had 2 installs of new lg screen tvs

    Tv have new sound bars which are nauseatingly out of synch and one is going in and out of sound mode. Absolutely intolerable but was not able to get help in 2 weeks before virus struck

    No audio setup was done or needed, this was an existing system with floor and wall mounted speakers. I did not like paying for this service to have in-wall speakers mounted.
