    Can't get any service after purchase. TV and accessories do not work properly and no one will answer my calls. This is the worse after care service I have EVER experienced. Will be returning all items ASAP

    The Geek Squad could not hook up any of our items purchased as nothing was delivered on the day it was suppose to be delivered.

    No audio set required.

    The Audio was previously installed. The Salesman sold the me the Audio setup package just in case it was needed. There was no audio setup required, and I was told that the audio setup charge would be rebated.

    I bought the Bose 700.Tech had never seen.Total loss of $129.00.Took 2 more weeks of me attempting to get all capabilities of sound bar working. No product knowledge at all on device. Never again.

    Worst Service in 25+ years

    The technicians (it took 3 service calls) did not know what they were doing. We paid for the new upgrade for Total tech support. After 25+ years using Best Buy, it was the worst service we have ever received.

    the agent or technician was not able to help and charge me for the service without my authorization so why pay for the insurance of my electronics if don't cover anything?

    The connect was scheduled with a third party. It was scheduled 3 times and i took time off. Not happy.

    Geek Squad Did Nothing to Audio But I Was Charged

    This was a very simple installation of an almost identical new TV into a home theater setup with no changes. Geek Squad did not test or tune the audio system but I was charged anyway. Best Buy should give me a credit.
