    Geek squad had to return twice after initial set up of tv and sound bar first person was not able to do anything other than say we need a different tv second one fixed issue

    The person that was sent to my house to install the equipment have no idea about what he is doing, he can not complete the job, we have to hire someone else to do it!!!

    I was told I didn’t need to spend the extra $50. They make sure the speakers work before leaving which wasn’t the information I was told in store.

    Third party substitute Geeks have NEVER SUCCEEDED to complete a job satisfactorily. Be wary if you are told you are getting other than Geek Squad members to do an installation for you.

    Bought audio wire for this job and was told they would run around room. They completed mounting projector, which looks wonderful, but the wire was untouched.

However, we're not fans of techs leaving before the job is completed either, so it's understandable that you're wondering what's going on the audio. If you paid for audio to be set up when they came out for your projector, please call us at (800) GEEK-SQUAD or (800) 433-5778 so we can redo the service under our 90-day service warranty.

    hopefully third trip top our house will complete this install. Best Buy has great products. should step up their service game. we have no other options in our area.
