    I would not let Best Buy Geek Squad hook up my equipment ever again the guy who hooked up my receiver did not explain anything completed the job and left

    No one showed up at my house to instal TV’s. No Geek Squad only empty promises and 14 appt cancel from Best Buy!!!

    Bunch of crap. They sold me a 200 hdmi cable that I didn’t need. Also sold my geek squad package that is not worth any money. What a stiff

    This was NOT a setup - it was a repair as surround system was not working. I should not have been charged. ALSO, it STILL is not working.

    Sound bar not calibrated

    They did not calibrate the sound bar for Atmos Other then that they did great

    They set up the TV and soundbar but never connected the sub woofer. Difficult to contact and I have given up after no response on my inquiries

    Geek Squad performed the site inspection for TV over fireplace mount and then they cancelled on me on the install date. Said they couldn’t perform the install.

    Geek Squad reset the Harmony Remote to turn off TV

    The Geek Squad came back to reset tthe Harmony Remote to turn off both the TV and receiverf using the off button on the Harmony remote

    The Geek squad installed radio system, but could not figure out why master bedrooms could not be activated ! Very unhappy customer at this point!!
