The geek squad member was informative and answered all of my questions and concerns, showing me how my sonos sound bar worked along with my sub-woofer, very satisfied with my service.

Tech disconnected existing sound system and installed the soundbar in no time. He renamed everything to be easily identified and walked me through all the new processes. Took the trash with him, so no sign ge was even tbere - other than a grwat sounding, easy to use system!

The agents made the sound bar operational through the use of apps on their phones, then explained the process until we understood how to use the universal remote to operate the sound bar with our older DVD unit. Everything working well to this day.

The geek squad team entered our home and immediately put on booties over their shoes so they wouldn't track in dirt! Then they went to work installing the tv and sound bar on the wall. They then showed us how to operate the remotes and stayed with us until we grasped what they were telling us. Wonderful efficient installers, but I still wish there were instruction booklets available!!!

The Geek service was terrific. He did the hook up of my Samsung sound bar and explained both the function of the unit and the differences between my former Sony unit and the Samsung unit. I bought a much cheaper Soundbar and he came to install that. He explained that I couldn’t add other speakers to the inexpensive Soundbar. We were thankful for his knowledge and we purchased the best Soundbar & speakers he suggested. He came back and fixed everything for us. We can and will be adding to this Sonus system to complete a total surround sound with excellent equipment.

The young man that help my wife and I set up and learn to use the Sonos system was knowledgeable and professional. He stayed until we were confident how to use and adjust sound settings, apps and the Alexa application. I was very impressed.

It's good, a little confused, their system is not connected to the schedule sitting. When you call, they don't see the appointment.

I bought a new pioneer elite receiver and I did not want to mess with the surround sound speaker wires. The geek squad rep showed up on time, gave me a half an hour in advance notice, was efficient and kind and answered all my questions. Definitely worth paying the price and not having the hassle of installation and removal of my old receiver.
