When it is hooked up to the tv, it is consistently 2 seconds behind the picture. But we mainly use it as a Bluetooth speaker via iPhone for music, and it is wonderful for that.

I didn't know what 39 watts would produce sound-wise so I was a little disappointed in how much sound it produced. But, it does augment what our TV produces so it helps.

I bought this bar during Black Friday and the price was great. The speaker is sensitive and I am looking to replace it soon. I wouldn't buy this product at full price.

I bought this fore my wives television. It sounds good and is very easy to set up and use.

For the price this is a good sound bar and has several different sound features. I rated it at 3 stars because I needed to buy an additional cable to connect it to my TV

For the price this is a decent sound bar. The sound is full and is absolutely better than the tvs. But I wish it had a display so you knew what the volume was set at.

Pros It's better than the speakers that are in the tv. It gets louder that the tv speakers Has optical port Cons No indicator on the front so you can't tell if it's on 1/2 the time it turns on not in the same mode you turned it off (optical) When you get it on because you are messing with the volume it's blaring loud because there is no power indicator on the front. The volume is really jumpy with the remote. About 3 volume ups and it goes from super quiet to blaring loud. Overall it's a 2 star from me. The sound that comes out is nice. Good range compared to the tv

I have this connected to a TV for my bedroom, the sound is great; especially for movies! I also enjoy listening to music from Rhapsody via Bluetooth from mobile phone. Great value for the price.

I bought this for my dad since he always has his tv turned way up. For my dad it works just fine. I personally have a Sony with the subwoofer that I like much better.

sounds great,easy to hook up.Right out of the box,just plug it in and plug in the optical cable (not included) and there you go.

This product is affordable and easy to connect. The sound quality is good. I would definitely suggest the Insignia sound bar to anyone who is looking for an economical price and good sound.

Better sound then my new TV. A nice addition to have for movie night. Not a high end unit but nice sound at a nice price.

This little soundboard and pull off some major, loud, booming sound yet struggles with dialog. Trying to get a nice Normal sound is near impossible

If you can get this for $50, it's a steal. If you buy this at retail ($100)....for a little bit more, you can get way more in quality through other brand names.

Soundbar works great in our small room. The TV is mounted over the fireplace and was so difficult to hear because the speakers are in the back of the TV. I have trouble hearing and the Soundbar has three different settings. The "News" setting works great for hearing the voices better.

I put this behind/under a Vizio 43" 4K TV and it sounds great....on RCA. I was really hoping to use the what should be much better TOSLINK connection, but when I plugged it in to the Vizio I had to use the sound bar remote to control the volume, where as using the RCA cable, I was able to use the TV remote. I'm sure this is by design or some other shortcoming of the TOSLINK connection. Overall it's a great sounding sound bar, definitely better than the build in speakers.

Well worth the price. Purchased on clearance, so it was easy to buy this instead of spending more on a soundbar than I did at Best Buy on a 4k TV.

Good soundbar, as it is my first and I didn't know how it would work. I was/am thoroughly impressed for the price. Insignia does a great job for quality products at a lower cost.

I purchased this on sale Black Friday to upgrade my poor tv speakers. Decent sound for $40, but few connections for multiple sources, no HDMI connection

Works just fine for what I need it to do. It does have a small humming sound when the tv is off but this could be operator error. I'm okay with the sound not loud enough to bother with returning.
