I bought this to make my tv louder. It does a good job but not as loud as I hoped. But for $50 I can't complain

After purchasing a new Samsung 55" tv I discovered that the old speakers I had been using on my ancient RCA box tv would not work with the new tv. The speaker in the new tv was not good enough to compensate, so back to Best Buy to get a sound bar. Easy to install and sounds great! Only problem....just one more remote to keep up with.

this is a great sound bar it works really well and sounds good on top that the price was great.

I am so impressed with the sound quality! The only "issue" is the volume jumps up too high sometimes. Maybe at a different sound setting it wouldn't be so startling.

I am always suspicious of "store brand items" of any sort as they tend to be in the very average range of quality, if not lower. I was pleasantly surprised when I decided to take a chance on this store brand sound bar. The quality is excellent for the price compared to other brands. I would highly recommend it unless you accept nothing less than a higher end, specialty model / company whose only products are audio.

I needed further amplification for a person with disabilities. Worked like a charm.

We bought because of husbands hearing aids do not work well with direct volume. Now with the sound bar we can direct the sound towards the hearing aids better.
