To be honest I'm not using a digital optical cable which the manual said gives the best results. I plan on purchasing one & will see if it improves the sound. If it does I will update my rating.

We have surround everywhere else except one room & cannot listen to the regular sound of tv. Love being able to switch sound preferences, makes our music on the roku sound amazing.

The remote that comes with it is plain annoying. Shop around until you're comfortable with what you're about to buy -- always!

If you need something cheap, these speakers are okay. If you want great sound and quality, you should look elsewhere and spend more.

Didn't expect much for the price. .Only need to turn volume up slightly or it will be too loud. Remote could be better quality.

My husband had the sound bar on while we were watching a movie and I was afraid that the neighbors would come over to complain about the noise because I felt like I was at a movie theater the way he had the noise up so loud.
