    Worst ear buds ever!!! When the earbuds are in the case and closed it's still connected and audio will go through the earbuds Ughhhhh!! so annoying!! When the buds are in the resting placing that does not mean its turned off. The taps do not work to answer calls, volume up etc. I hate these buds worst purchase ever the only good thing is the battery life.

    Very disappointed with this product. Could not geta good, comfortable fit on the ear and, most of all, the volume was poor even when increased to supposed full volume and in a quite room! Returned product and would not recommend.

    I had issues with blue tooth connection when receiving calls . People who called couldn’t hear me but the sound was perfect when listening to music or videos on my phone
