What a joke. They were way worse than the $40 ones I was replacing. So I took them right back and exchanged them for these Soundcore Liberty 3 Pros. Oh my goodness what a difference. The build quality and sound quality are AMAZING. I didn't really get them for the noise cancelation, but that aspect is also great. Cordless charging is awesome. So far, I'm incredibly impressed with these. Very happy with my purchase. They were $30 more than the Samsungs, but extremely well worth it. I can't recommend them enough.

But for others it seems to be fine so it looks like it’s just a role of the dice for quality. They definitely need to work on connectivity and battery.

To fix the connectivity issue, we kindly ask you to try the following tips:
- Reset the earbuds using the following steps:
① Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the cover open.
② Press and hold the button on the case for 10 seconds until the LED indicators inside flash 3 times quickly. When the LEDs start flashing fast, it confirms that the reset was successful and the earbuds have entered pairing mode.
- Please try with another device (phone/tablet/etc.) and see if the issue is the same.
Regarding the battery issue, please also try:
- Confirm that the charging case has power remaining (press the button on the case to see if there is any indication on the LED).
- Clean the charging pins with a dry cloth and an alcohol-based disinfectant. This is to ensure all charging contact pins on the earbuds and charging case are completely clean and dry of sweat and water. Then put the earbuds correctly into the case. When you put the earbuds back into the charging case, the lights inside the case will flash to indicate both earbuds are charging normally.
- Please make sure the earwings are installed well so they didn't affect the charging.
- If they still do not turn on, put the earbuds back into the charging case and close the case for 6 seconds, and try opening the case again.

Great noise canceling earbuds!

Case is a little bigger than I’m used to, and the buds themselves do stick out of my ears more than my buds I used to use (Galaxy Buds 1). The fit is a little finicky, so I can understand if not everyone likes how they fit. I use some of the wings to keep them in and they do still feel decently comfortable.

The liberty 3 pro does the job. Whenever I call in reports nurses/docs are able to hear me clearly even while talking through a mask in the back of a loud ambulance with road noise as well. I've tried pretty much everything on the market including my coveted AirPods pros before diving into the Soundcore brand. These are the best so far for what I need. The noise cancellation feature is great. The app is also nice to have with these, can be a bit glitchy at times but when working its a great companion to the buds.

Normally, these earbuds can fit most people's ears properly. But the fitting differs from person to person, we regret that Liberty 3 Pro can't provide you a secure fit.
We kindly ask you to try the following troubleshooting as those have proven to often times already help:
- Choose the ear tips and ear wings that fit your ears the best.
- Insert the earbuds into the inner canal of your ears.
- Turn the earbuds to find the most comfortable position.

I have Sennheser Momentum TWS2, Jabra Elite 75T, Sony wf1000M3, Master & Dynamic M08, Sennheiser CX-400BT, Soundcore Liberty 2 Pro, Soundcore Liberty Air 2 Pro, AirPods Pro, Edifier Neobuds Pro. These sound better than all of them. The most accurate timbre by far of any true wireless I’ve heard. Incredible! Accompanied by the best and most comprehensive app in the industry. Beats the most expensive earbuds in sound quality. Not the most comfortable of the group, but not uncomfortable. The wingtips assure stability. Can’t go wrong with these.

They have decent exterior isolation and noise cancellation with the option of passing through outside sounds if you want to hear your environment. The sound quality is very good and they have good Bluetooth range. They fit pretty well, but not secure enough for strenuous activity.

Honestly extremely surprised and pleased with the Soundcore Anker Liberty Pro 3. I currently have it paired with my ipod and my Ultra 22 at the same time. The convenience of listening to my music from my ipod at the gym then seamlessly switching to my phone to pick up an incoming call is amazing. The audio quality for both the music and calls is great. Especially so with the equalizer app that is downloadable.
