After about a year of use the “wings” will not stay put . They keep sliding off. This is annoying. The earbuds themselves are great.

Better Sound Than I Expected. Was not a brand I had heard of but after watching a couple of youTube videos I decided to give them a shot. They take a little time to set them up so that that are optimal for your ears and style of listening. Now they are my go to, despite owning Bose, Apple Pro's, and a couple of different Jabra's.

The sound quality is great for the price. I like the usb C charging. The noise cancelling works well which is why these were chosen. Sometimes one will not charge if it is not inserted perfectly in the case.

This is my first pair of earbuds. The sound is good. I don't ever feel like they really fit- like they will fall out any minute and don't stay put. It is probably me having to experiment with what size I really need.

Great sound and good quality, the reason I'm giving a 2 star is because the only way to turn off headphones is putting them back on the charger case, and that's annoying.

These headphones sound great. Noise cancelling is pretty good for what its worth. The only reason i gave it a 4 star rating instead of 5 is because of comfort. They dont sit right in my ear.

I was really excited to get this pair since I had the liberty 2 pros and the liberty air 2. I'm sad to say I think that last generation is better. My pair seemed to have a couple issues. The first issue I noticed is that the left earbud would randomly activate the touch controls without me touching the earbud and would start to skip back to the beginning of the track I am playing amd would ocvur repeatedly causing a song to just loop over and over. This ossue occurs intermittenntly, but hasn't gone away woth firmware updates. The next issue is connection problems where the earbud will drop connection for 3-5 seconds, but the song or video keeps playing just without sound through the earbud. This has happened everytime I have used the earbuds and also happens intermittenntly, but enough times for it to discourage me against having these earbuds. I am upset that a $170 pair of earbuds was so poorly refined upon release. I would recommend waiting a while before buying these at least until the firmware has been addressed to get rid of the issues I've experienced. The last thing I should mention that isnt so much an issue, but an annoyance is the sound seems downgraded from the previous generation. The bass seems less punchy and the overall sounds seems to favor the highs and lacks in vibrance.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience. It's unusual for this product to be acting like this, and we would love to get you what you need! If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:

      - Delete (forget/ignore) the pairing records for the headphones on your device and turn off the Bluetooth.
      - Reset the earbuds
      - Turn on the Bluetooth on your device again, pair the device to see if that worked.

Compared to the Air Pods Pro, the bass on these is truly bass in your ears. There is a bevy of features available through the Soundcore app. The price anywhere about $99 is a complete steal and I highly recommend picking these up if you want premium bass in your ears.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I would like to present our deepest apologies for all the inconvenience. To fix connecting issue, we kindly ask you to try the following tips:
      - Upgrade the firmware to the latest version (v.03.82/4.82).
      - Forget/ignore the pairing records for the earbuds (Liberty 3 Pro) on your device (phone/tablet/etc.) and turn off the Bluetooth.
      - Reset the earbuds using the following steps:
      1) Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the cover open.
      2) Press and hold the button on the case for 10 seconds until the LED indicators inside flash 3 times quickly. When the LEDs start flashing fast, it confirms that the reset was successful and the earbuds have entered pairing mode.

Possibly the worst product I've ever owned. Anker had to replace three pairs of these over about 10 months because the right bud kept going bad on every pair. To their credit, they sent me a new pair, no questions asked, each time. After about a month, the buds would also have trouble charging. They get 1 star for great customer service. I finally gave up and bought a different brand.

I will start by saying I am coming from Galaxy Buds+ and I am no professional. I was in the market for an upgrade from the Buds+. They were and still are great earbuds. I wanted the wing tip design because of the nature of my job and the constant moving. My biggest gripe with the Buds + was the Voice cut out during calls, that and one the wing tips get remote saturated, they refuse to stay in place. Now onto the liberty 3's. I'm not entirely sure if it's because I bought them literally the day they released and I got a buggy set, but my experience is nowhere close to the majority of these reviews. For music, they are a very stout set of buds. I use them for music occasionally, but mostly for calls. The call quality is good..... 50% of the time. The wind silencing feature works well... For your own ears. The second wind hits the microphone while on a call with someone and they can't hear you. Constant ups and downs in volume. Before you ask, yes, I setup the custom sound for my ears... Twice. No matter what mode they are in for ambient sound.... Everything sounds muffled. The microphone porting is clear, so it is not that. That leads me to another downside to the liberty 3's. You can only use ambient if you have both buds in. So if you're talking to someone and you have to turn the direction of the side you're wearing the earbud, good luck hearing them as these are noise cancelling. The wing tips fit great at first, but after just 2 weeks they started to stretch and miss-shape. I'm constantly messing with these in an attempt to get them to line up with the ear sensor. It's annoying to say the least. Bluetooth connectivity is decent... With the ability to connect to 2 devices at once until you get on a call with someone. Alot of cut outs. I'm not sure if its a glitch, or what...but another issue I've had is if you pull an earbud out and hold it without placing it in your ear for more than a few Seconds, it will automatically activate my YouTube music from my personal phone with the last song I had playing.... At full blast. I have reset these twice... Reset Bluetooth completely on my phones and the issues remain. I would not call these an upgrade from the Buds+ and I'm fairly unhappy with these for daily use.

This product was returned as it simply could not be charged in its own case using its own power cord. Pros: -Variety of Earbud pieces -Variety of “Winged” pieces -Sleek design and packaging -Overall Aesthetically pleasing Cons: -Case couldn’t charge the earbuds (regardless of charging cable used), thus rendering it entirely useless Overall: I love Anker products, but this was terrible. Customer service offered help but was to no avail. I would avoid this product.

To fix the charging issue, we kindly ask you to try the following tips:

      - Confirm that the charging case has power remaining (press the button on the case to see if there is any indication on the LED).
      - Clean the charging pins with a dry cloth and an alcohol-based disinfectant. This is to ensure all charging contact pins on the earbuds and charging case are completely clean and dry of sweat and water. Then put the earbuds correctly into the case. When you put the earbuds back into the charging case, the lights inside the case will flash to indicate both earbuds are charging normally.
      - Please make sure the earwings are installed well so they didn't affect the charging.
