These sound awesome! Plus they are the first earbuds I have found that I have no problem with staying in my ear. Sound quality is excellent as well as excellent noise canceling. The app is very intuitive and useful.

The sound quality is really nice, but if you don't get them back in their slot perfectly to charge them, they very well might not charge. Also, if they are charging and the lid is closed, they can still be connected, therefore you won't get any notifications like you should. Afraid to say, I'm taking them back.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I would like to present our deepest apologies for all the inconvenience.

      Please try this troubleshooting:
-Try to use a terrycloth/cotton swab with a bit of alcohol to clean the contact pins both in the charging case and on earbuds to ensure a better connection.
      - Please confirm the earwings have been installed properly.
      - Please know after you put these earbuds in the case correctly, the indicator will flash. This notification can help you know if the earbuds have been put correctly. And then please close the charging case lid and wait for 1-2 seconds to see if there is any difference.

If still the same, we surely always stand behind our product, and the item sold by AnkerDirect comes with our 18-month warranty.

These buds are fantastic. They produce bass that I didn't think was possible in earbuds. And I hear trebles that I've never hear before, also. I've had many earbuds and earphones and I have to say these are the best.

Reliability issues. Right bud died on the First set. Got it replaced. Now suffering intermittent Bluetooth connection problems. It’s been only about a month. The GOOD - wide open spacious sound, very easy to listen to. The music is floating all around you and you can pick out every instrument. It’s not like my other set (the master and dynamics) where it’s kicking you in the head and the music is right in your ear. The BAD - 1) midrange is very weak, thin and hollow like most under $200 earbuds. The mid bass cannot be tuned to support vocal so they sound fuller. If you over crank the equalizer, it’s get very boomy. 2) Deep Base extension is very weak but still better than my seinheisser CX400. No deep base. No rumble. The Jabra elite 75t blows both away. It’s like having a good subwoofer in your ear. Makes music sound complete and more musical. In summary, this unit is over rated, but still all around cleaner and more open sounding than any of the even more over rated seinheissers. If great vocals or midrange is important to you, the masters and dynamics are much better. They know how to tune the midbase without making it sound boomy, this results in vocals sound masculine. The mid base also make everything sound tighter. Saw the Soundcore liberty 3 on sale for $99, didn’t go for it, went with the jabra elite 75t active for $99 instead. The jabra elite 75t are also on sale for $79.

Not as complete as the Liberty Pro 2

I've had these earbuds for several months now and I grow more and more agitated with the performance of these buds compared to the Liberty 2 Pro. To start, the battery life when in use is not good at all. I rarely remember ever getting the low battery notification from the Liberty 2 Pro but with these, I may get two hours of combined talk or listening time before getting the low battery notification. The other issue is depressing the bud to end a call, it's sporadic at best. I always have to use the phone to end the call. I also find that there are connections issues and I have to reset the buds frequently. The best feature is the noise cancellation, I can be on my lawn mower and the person on the other end hears no noise residual what-so-ever. I am in the market for more earbuds and likely will be moving on from the Soundcore brand unless it can improve the battery life and sensory to that of the Liberty Pro 2. I would like to have marked them higher than 2 stars because of the high performance noise cancellation but compared to the better performing Liberty Pro 2 in all other areas I think they took a step backwards. I would not recommend these earbuds.

To fix the discharging issue, we kindly ask you to try the following tips:

      - Try to drain the battery completely empty, then fully charge the headphones again and test the playtime at an average volume.
      - Clean the charging pins with a dry cloth and an alcohol-based disinfectant. This is to ensure all charging contact pins on the earbuds and charging case are completely clean and dry of sweat and water. Then put the earbuds correctly into the case. When you put the earbuds back into the charging case, the lights inside the case will flash to indicate both earbuds are charging normally.
      - Please take off the ear wings to charge them again.

Regarding the connecting issue, please also try:

      - Upgrade the firmware to the latest version (v.03.82/4.82).
      - Forget/ignore the pairing records for the earbuds (Liberty 3 Pro) on your device (phone/tablet/etc.) and turn off the Bluetooth.
      - Reset the earbuds again using the following steps:
      1) Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the cover open.
      2) Press and hold the button on the case for 10 seconds until the LED indicators inside flash 3 times quickly. When the LEDs start flashing fast, it confirms that the reset was successful and the earbuds have entered pairing mode.
      - Please try with another device (phone/tablet/etc.) and see if the issue is the same.

Please feel free to contact us via service@soundcore.com with your order information and problems. We will always be more than happy to help you. soundcore

Great little earbuds with ANC. I got it for a discounted $100 which is an amazing value. If you can't afford something like the air pods or bose, I would recommend these for your daily use.

They don’t stay in my ears I will have to return them. The sound is good but even with the 4 ear size options there isn’t one that fits me well. They are comfortable when they are in but once I start moving around they fall out. I would probably love them if they stayed in. They were worth a try with an easy return policy. Unfortunately they just didn’t work.

Really nice sounding buds! They look somewhat large but the fit is decent! I would not recommend for intense exercises like running because mine tend to fall out every now and then!
