Good neutral sound but not for me

A little too analytical instead of being musical. Couldnt find a comfortable secure combination of tips and earwings for one of my ears so i returned them. For my weekly travels, i felt that the case was too dainty and slippery and i was concerned it would break.

I wanted to try them as soon as they arrived but the right earbud wouldn’t pair. I tried it several times; charged them, turned on/off bluetooth, my phone, etc., and no luck. Bluetooth couldn’t even find them.

- Delete the pairing records for the earbuds on your device and turn off the Bluetooth.
- Reset the earbuds (Search Jj08Fvh8mXU on search engine for the video).
- Turn on the Bluetooth on your device again, search for the Liberty 3 Pro and pair the device to see if that worked.

But the device often mid-conversation has audio problems where the party on the other end cannot hear you while you are trying to speak to them. The case door sometimes gets caught on the headphone Rubber Tips themselves, making it sort of annoying to carefully fold the rubber back and carefully take them out of the charging case. I ended more phone calls than I successfully had on these headphones by complete accidentent trying to answer the phone too many times to count. bought a pair of these for my dad and he had all of the same problems I did.

Regarding the mic issue, please reset your item:
1. Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the cover open.
2. Press and hold the button on the case for 10 seconds until the LED indicators inside flash 3 times quickly. When the LEDs start flashing fast, it confirms that the reset was successful and the earbuds have entered pairing mode.
Regarding the Rubber Tips, please confirm your earbuds have been put in the case correctly.

I managed to fix it by fully unpairing the earbuds from both my phone and computer and repairing it only with the phone, but I haven't reattempted to configure it with the computer again.

Loved how easily connected that you could have the left connected to one thing and the right to something else at the same time frigging great but all that falls shirt if it won't stay in my ear b)c I'm chewing food or jogging I have no security I had them for a long time but I haven't used them in so long I believe theres also a short in one of them now b/c they fell out my air walking and I didn't catch it
