Great sound quality, decent app, but I had to return mine because even though it comes with so many different size wings and earbuds, they kept falling out of my ears. I would have definitely kept them if the fit was right.

However, after 11 months, the right earbud started losing it’s sound and now, after one year and four months, there’s hardly any sound at all regardless of the fixes I’ve tried.

To fix the issue you mentioned, we kindly ask you to try the following tips:
- Delete (forget/ignore) the pairing records for the earbuds on your device and turn off the Bluetooth.
- Reset the earbuds (Search Jj08Fvh8mXU on search engine for the video).
- Use a Q-tip with a bit of rubbing alcohol to gently clean the metal mesh filter under the rubber ear tips. This is best done when sound is playing through your earbuds at max volume.
- Turn on the Bluetooth on your device again, search for the Liberty 3 Pro and pair the device to see if that worked.

To fix the disconnecting issue, we kindly ask you to try the following tips:
- Reset the earbuds using the following steps:
① Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the cover open.
② Press and hold the button on the case for 10 seconds until the LED indicators inside flash 3 times quickly. When the LEDs start flashing fast, it confirms that the reset was successful and the earbuds have entered pairing mode.
- Please try with another device (phone/tablet/etc.) and see if the issue is the same.
Usually, the case could provide about 3 times full charges for the earbuds.
Here are the internal lab testing data of the playtime for your reference(at a 50% volume level):
Normal Mode: Up to 8 hours on a single charge/32 hours with the charging case.
Noise Cancelling Mode: Up to 6 hours on a single charge/24 hours with charging case.
Transparency Mode: Up to 6 hours on a single charge/24 hours with charging case.
Call: Up to 4.5 hours on a single charge/18 hours with charging case.
Please note LDAC needs more power than other modes.
You can also try the earbuds in other modes to see if they work fine. Please make sure the earbuds are fully charged. If there is a difference of 0.5 to 1 hour between the left and right earbud, it is within the normal range.
