Great App, Terrible Fit

They sound fine and the app does a great job of creating a custom sound for the user, but the hardware is a major fault. The earbuds have an exchangeable, rubber piece that is used to create a comfortable, custom fit, but it's already breaking down less than a month after first use. Also, because of the way they fit in the ear, smiling causes the bud to fall out of the ear. Using them while working out is next to impossible. On a positive note, the build quality is otherwise fine, and the app is a really strong point. It has two-point connect which can be pretty useful, but you're pretty much forced to make one of those points your phone.

The sound is great and the Soundcore app is easy to navigate to change the EQ and sound. I had Jaybird X3's, Beats Buds, and Galaxy Buds+ prior to these.
