Here are some tips for your reference:
- Confirm that the charging case has power remaining (press the button on the case to see if there is any indication on the LED).
- Clean the charging pins with a dry cloth and an alcohol-based disinfectant. This is to ensure all charging contact pins on the earbuds and charging case are completely clean and dry of sweat and water. Then put the earbuds correctly into the case. When you put the earbuds back into the charging case, the lights inside the case will flash to indicate both earbuds are charging normally.
- Please make sure the ear wings are installed well so they didn't affect the charging.
- If they still do not turn on, put the earbuds back into the charging case and close the case for 6 seconds, and try opening the case again.

They do not automatically connect to host devices, they randomly stop playback for no reason, and there is no notification of incoming calls other than the playback stopping, but since they do that randomly at other times, you just spend all your time checking to see if it's an incoming call or pushing play again. They simply aren't usable and will be returned as soon as I select a replacement.

Reset your headphone:
1. Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the cover open.
2. Press and hold the button on the case for 10 seconds until the LED indicators inside flash 3 times quickly. When the LEDs start flashing fast, it confirms that the reset was successful and the earbuds have entered pairing mode.

The fit is not that great and the ear buds would cut out at least three times during an hour and a half workout. They are nice, but too expensive for what they deliver.
