Right earbud decided to lose sound on first day
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Even though I bought this on 10/27, didn't use it until 10/31, even cleaned my ears from earwax before use, and after 3 hours of use, the right ear sound decided to fade to nothing....reset the earbuds in the case....still can't hear sound from the right....reset it again....now very low volume on the right. Tried re-pairing the earbuds....still low sound from the right. Did some searching on Google, and people say it may be due to earwax blocking the sound and to clean it with rubbing alcohol with Q-tip. Got home tried cleaning all the holes in the earbud and still nothing. I really think the silicon ear buds needs a cotton mesh to keep the wax from touch the sound mesh of the earbuds....or some form of mesh to prevent wax from entering into those earbuds. This way it is easier to clean just the silicone plastic ear pieces than the earbud itself. Plus, to lose sound this quickly when some people don't experience this issue until months later or years later. Total disappointment. One thing though, recharging is exactly as they said. Charged back quickly which is a plus. Though battery time was really short...possibly from noise cancellation being on...just < 3 hours and battery life was 50% already.

Big disappointment
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After watching many reviews I purchased these with high hopes and expectations to be met. Unfortunately these were not what the hype made them out to be. For $75/bud not only did they not meet my expectations...I have tried buds in the $50 range and got similar results. I treaded them in for another brand that was hyped up to see if they were any good. As for these I don't recommend them for the price range. You can buy other buds for 1/4 the price and get same results. The ones that I traded them in for were $100 and I like them better but for $50/bud I'm not sure I can allow myself to keep them.

Good Sound
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. In the box is the headphones, a charging case, a charging cord, multiple silicone ear tips and an instruction manual with quick guide. I decided to go ahead and charge the headphones out of the box and let them charge for about an hour. After taking the headphones out of the charging case, they automatically turned on and started the pairing process. I connected the headphones via Bluetooth and changed both silicone tips to the smallest size available. Keep in mind that there are four sets of the in ear buds and ear wings. The headphones have a pair of ear wings which were size 1. First impression, the headphones sound good with just the Bluetooth connection only but you can make adjustments, see battery life and update the firmware with the app. The charging case is a nice size and fits perfectly in the palm of my hand. The charging cord is USB-C but the plug is USB-A to USB-C. Not a deal breaker but it would have been nice to have USB-C to USB-C. I still have a few bricks but I have to pull them out again. With the headphones you can pair to two devices. I had a hard time trying to connect to my second device but I finally figured out that I needed to disconnect from first device and then press the buds for 5 seconds and then you will hear the pairing sound. Sound - I feel like the volume could go a little higher but the sound is great. I was very impressed. Pair this with the app and you can adjust the equalizer yourself or use a preset equalizer setting. I listened to multiple genres of music and I loved them all. I also caught up my weekly shows and the sound is great so far. The setting is just regular Bluetooth connection. Keep in mind that when you pair with the app, the battery life is located inside the app, when you pair via Bluetooth only, the battery indicator is listed where you signal/battery information is on your device. I personally prefer to see the information where the battery life is so that I can just wake my screen and see it and not have to go to the app. The ANC part works good, I definitely don’t hear any background noise, which will be great when I go to the office. I can shut out the chatter around me and the transparency is good as well; when I don’t play anything, I can hear pretty well the voices and sounds around me. Using the headphones for calls was great as well. The people that I called said that the sound from me was clear and they could hear just my voice and limited background noise. Comfort - Here is the downfall for me. I have really small ears and ear canals. I was able to adjust the buds in my ears to fit comfortable but after 4 hours of listening to music, watching a movie and attempting to play a game on my laptop, my ears started to hurt bad. I am definitely going to give it a try again because I love the sound of the headphones but I am definitely waiting a couple days before I insert them again. After 48 hours, I put the headphones in again and they hurt instantly. On the app, there is a great help center that has a bunch of questions and answer section and I saw the question about the ear wings. It says on the answer that the ear wings should be worn and to use the smallest size for smaller ears. I decided to take the ear wings off completely and the headphones fit great without any discomfort. I have had them in for almost 4 hours now and I can feel barely feel them there and finally, they don’t hurt. Battery - Because the headphones hurt so bad, I wasn’t able to test out the true battery life. When I put my headphones in the case after listening, I check it and two out of three dots are showing when I open the case now. There were three dots out of the box and I did charge them twice. Now that I have found my comfort zone, I am now on almost 3.5-4 hours of fully charged headphones and the battery indicator on my device says that the headphones are at the halfway mark. I kept going and the battery lasted for almost 8 hours. The low battery message played twice and then they shut off. Overall, I love these headphones and I will definitely recommend them to friends and family because overall, they are great headphones to me. Now that I can wear them comfortably, this is a great option for in ear headphones and I can wear them all day for work and not have to worry about recharging them at lunch.

Anker Soundcore Liberty 3 Pro True Wireless Earbud
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Received the earbuds and they were beautifully packaged. You can tell right away these are some high end, but not high priced, classy earbuds. They provide you with 4 sets of silicone inner ear tips and 4 wing sets, making sure, most always, you’ll find the exact fit. A nice charging case in which the cover simply slides back instead of lifting up. Each earbud has a little red area marked L or R for convenience. When you pull on the tab inside the box you’ll find the USB-C to USB charging cord, a Quick Start Guide and other paperwork. One nice thing is you can place the case on a Qi wireless charger, which I did as I use it for my iPhone. It immediately started to show bright white blinking lights across the front of case. I also liked that the case grabs those buds when placing inside as they are magnetized so you know they won’t be falling out. While it was charging I downloaded the Soundcore app on my phone. The app is amazing! After it’s fully charged you can do the HearID profile, adjust the equalizer, customize controls, switch ambient sound modes, get the latest software update and more. When you open the charging case the earbuds automatically power on and enter the Bluetooth pairing mode. Simply select the Soundcore Liberty 3 Pro from your available Bluetooth list or you can manually pair. Honestly mine sounded great factory fresh out of the box, although I did do the various tests, which were all quite detailed and interesting. When wearing there is a stereo or mono mode and these have a Multi-Point Connection feature meaning you can connect to 2 devices at once. I use it for my iPhone and Mac. Once the app is set and ready you can do a hearing test for each ear. In the Advanced settings there are 3 choices: Initial Curve (by testing) Custom HearID (you make your own EQ based on the HearID curve) Favorite Music Genre (choose your favorite genre of music with lots to choose from, and integrate it into your HearID curve). There is also a detailed HearID ANC test for noise cancellation. I found the ANC pretty decent but not 100%, although it was okay with me. You can also take the Ear Canal test and can retake it or restore to the factory settings if not happy. There are various sound effects available such as HearID Sound, 3D Surround, Default Soundcore Signature or Custom EQ. Controls for volume – left or right – turn off and on – and you choose the number of taps for each function. One of my favorite features is you can use just one earbud at a time for voice calls which is great for me. The other bud I just leave charging in the case. All in all I find these earbuds wonderful! The bass, mids and highs are dead on perfect. Voice for phone calls perfect. The quality and build, ease of use, battery life - all are perfect. In fact I found the battery life to be really super and your app will show you how much life is left in each earbud as well as in the case. Totally convenient! They are seriously the best earbuds I have ever heard, even beating out my other more expensive sets. A highly recommended purchase! Don’t think about it…just buy them!

Buy the less expensive ones , they’re better.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Originally have the Soundcore Liberty Neo headphones and I prefer them over these. I ended up returning them. The sound is initially very high pitched. He to do some major adjustments with the app. Fully charged the headphones and I think they listed 3 hours where my neos will go 6-7. I honestly thought paying 4 times as much they be 4 times better, but they’re not as good. Kind of a bummer. I love everything I’ve purchase from anker/Soundcore except these. Save your money and get the less expensive ones, they’re better.

Experience with Soundcore - by Anker Liberty 3 Pro
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Experience with Soundcore - by Anker Liberty 3 Pro Earbuds 7/22 I bought these when they were on a super sale and based on many good reviews. I found the sound to be pretty good, especially after the tuning. But the ANC was only fair, worse than the Sony WF-1000XM3 buds, I did not like the fit for me, and finally the right bud failed after a few uses (less than 1 day). So I am returning them.

Posted .Thank you so much for sharing your experience. We're really sorry you've encountered this issue!
If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
- Firstly try to forget the pairing records on your device and turn off the Bluetooth.
- Reset the earbuds using the following steps:
1) Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the cover open.
2) Press and hold the button on the case for 10 seconds until the LED indicators inside flash 3 times quickly. When the LEDs start flashing fast, it confirms that the reset was successful and the earbuds have entered pairing mode.
- Please try with another device (phone/tablet/etc.) and see if the issue is the same.
- Bluetooth signals may be affected by obstructions, such as walls, pillars, home appliances, Wi-Fi, and more. To ensure a stable connection, we recommend avoiding such obstructions and testing the earbuds indoors.

Interference from other devices makes them useless
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Well they would be nice if they didn't have a problem being aroud other devices. They work great when I am alone at home but when I use them in the office with other people they get interference from their devices. About every 15minutes the volume goes way up for about a second, then silence for a couple seconds and then back to normal. Im sorry but this is completely unacceptable for any earbuds.

Great-sounding and user friendly
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Out of all of the sets of wireless earbuds I've ever used, the Liberty 3 Pro is one of the best-sounding pairs I've used and at the same time was easiest to use. Even the box is high-quality - it's held shut with a magnet and inside, along with the earbuds, case, cables, and documentation; is an array of earbud tips and ear wings arranged by size. This made it easy to select the tips and wings that made the earbuds fit best in my ears. The earbuds and case themselves are also of good construction quality. They feel solid, don't rattle, and lights don't shine through the plastic. The lid on the case makes me hesitate since it slides open instead of using a hinge and I sometimes worry that it'll snap off if I'm not careful, but it never comes open when I want it to so that fear appears to be ungrounded. The Soundcore app works great and has a clean design that doesn't make configuring the earbuds too complicated. Additionally, both the app and the lights on the earbud case are status indicators while the earbuds are updating. The app also has a built-in white noise player, which is nice. As for the sound itself, it's very high quality. The high tones are clear and sharp, while the bass has surprising power to it without muddying the rest of the sound. More importantly, they keep their good sound quality at lower volumes so you can listen without hurting your ears. The sound quality stays good when listening to music, games, or even calls. Additionally, the earbuds have a strong connection so there are no issues with the sound cutting out constantly. Another thing to mention is the fit. A lot of earbuds don't fit comfortably and can even become painful to wear for extended periods of time. The Liberty 3 Pro is one of a handful of earbuds that don't feel uncomfortable. The wings on the earbuds seem to be molded more carefully than many other wings I've seen, and don't cause my ears discomfort in the slightest. The final thing I wanted to mention is my favorite feature. Each earbud has a sensor in it to tell if you're wearing it. If you take either of them out of your ear and don't put it back in the case while media is playing, the earbuds will automatically pause any music or videos. That's a quality-of-life feature I never knew I wanted, but now that I have it I love it. It makes it incredibly easy to carry out brief conversations while listening to music. I would definitely recommend these. I still have not found an issue with them.
