|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am incredibly impressed with these Liberty 3 Pro headphones. I've had many high end (Sony, Bose, Sennheiser) in-ear headphones and I find that these sound better than all of them. It was a pleasant surprise. The setup was easy. Take them out, pair, downlaod the app and start customizing. At first, the sound was great, but didn't blow me away like eventually did. That happened when I started changing the sound effects, which are all great. It has EQs for all music types and voice and they work well. The one that ended up making me think "Wow" is 3D Surround Sound. For me, that setting just makes the music incredible. Try it, but also try their customized HearID and other ones and find which one works for you. I like it so much, that the next time I used my Sony earbuds I had to go into the EQ and change it until I found a sound that I liked. I thought that they sounded great until using them after the Liberty 3 Pro. That's saying a lot. The fit is fantastic. There are 4 sets of bud tips and earwigs. Find the one that works for you, and it will help even more. With the proper fit, all you can hear is the music with Noise Cancellation on. There is also a normal mode that lets some sound in and then a fully transparent mode that let's all sound in. That mode is useful for me at work because in noise cancelling mode, unless someone comes right up next to me and says something, it really blocks out nearly all the noise and I don't know that someone is trying to get my attention. The battery life is great for both he buds and the case. It has both USB-C and wireless charging. The app also allows you to change what touch controls do. That's good for me because I like to make all my buds have the same controls so I'm not guessing when I put a different pair on. I really like these headphones. they've become my main pair, and for the price, I have no hesitation recommending them and recommending them above all the rest. You're getting equal or better sound than more expensive pairs for less money.

If they go on sale for 50$ then buy them.

To fix the sound issue, we kindly ask you to try the following tips:
- Make sure your headphones are fully charged.
- Make sure that the volume is turned up on both the headphone and the connected device.
- Please take off the ear tips, spray some alcohol and then used a dry fine brush to clean filters thoroughly. Please try more times.
- Leave the earbuds until the battery run down, after you recharge they are able to power on. Then please reset them again to see if these steps are helpful: "Forget" the headphones in your device's Bluetooth history and reset the earbuds refer to an instruction video by searching the keywords "Jj08Fvh8mXU" online. And then pair them again to test.
- Upgrade the APP and firmware to the latest version and then do the fit test until you get both earbuds passed.
- Try these headphones on another Bluetooth device to see if the problem persists.
Regarding the mic issue, please also try:
- Turn up the volume of your phone to see if the issue persists.
- Restart your device and reset your headphones by the following steps:
1) Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the cover open.
2) Press and hold the button on the case for 10 seconds until the LED indicators inside flash 3 times quickly. When the LEDs start flashing fast, it confirms that the reset was successful and the earbuds have entered pairing mode.
- Try to pair them with other devices to see if the issue persists.
- Try to clean the mic gently using some swabs with rubbing alcohol
- Please ensure the wearing angle of both earbuds; if the mics are far from your mouth, this will may cause your voice to muffle.
- Use the regular phone call (not calling APP, VoIP, Messenger etc.) at a different quieter place to see if it makes any difference.
- Try separately to answer a call through your phone's microphone and through the earbuds' microphone to see if there is a difference.

I stream Pandora at work & these constantly stop playing for no reason. I have other earbuds and they work fine but battery life is horrible. Battery life is one of the main reasons i bought these. I may try another pair to verify they are bad

Small Ear Canals- Do Not Buy!

However, if you have small ear canals, DO NOT BUY these ear buds!! Luckily my Sony1000XM3 tips fit!!

Normally, these earbuds can fit most people's ears properly. But the fitting differs from person to person, we regret that Liberty 3 Pro can't provide you a secure fit.
We kindly ask you to try the following troubleshooting as those have proven to often times already help:
- Choose the ear tips and ear wings that fit your ears the best.
- Insert the earbuds into the inner canal of your ears.
- Turn the earbuds to find the most comfortable position.
