I have to double tap it many times in a row in order to start or stop the audio. It falls out a lot, but sound quality is pretty good.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience. It's unusual for this product to be acting like this, and we would love to get you what you need! If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:

      1) Make sure the ear wings are installed correctly and the surface of the IR-sensors(the black oval on the earbuds) is kept clean.
The IR-sensors can sense if the earbuds are currently being worn. If the ear wings are installed incorrectly, the sensor will be covered and it will affect the accuracy of wearing detection.
      2) Put the earbuds back in the charging case and close the case for 20 seconds, and then try to use the earbuds again.
      3) Please note the touchpads are located where the attached photo shows.

If it doesn’t help, please reach out to us via support
service@soundcore.com or call us at +1 (800) 988 7973. We are more than happy to assist you further.

We offer an 18-month warranty for this product, plus lifetime technical support. Our standard for responding to email quests is less than 24 hours, and we look forward to hearing from you! soundcore

Theese are not very good earbuds. 1st, you need an app to really control them, then the slightest touch to the earpiece will pause or change the track. And most importantly, one of them lost nearly all its volume during a workout and they have the nerve to call them "sweat and water resistant" in the features. I literally used these less than 10 times in total and now they are useless because I cannot return them.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I would like to present our deepest apologies for all the inconvenience. Kindly note that our Liberty 3 Pro has IPX4 rating water resistance. However, normally we do not recommend customers use the earbuds in the gym.

To fix the sound issue, we kindly ask you to try the following tips:
      - Please adjust the volume after setting the volume control via the Soundcore App (Click Controller to enter the Custom Command page).
      - Try to reset the earbuds using the steps below and connect them again:
      1) Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the cover open.
      2) Press and hold the button on the case for 10 seconds until the LED indicators inside flash 3 times quickly. When the LEDs start flashing fast, it confirms that the reset was successful and the earbuds have entered pairing mode.
      - Try the earbuds with another Bluetooth device.

Please feel free to contact us via service@soundcore.com with your order information and problems. We will always be more than happy to help you. soundcore

So, I'm not a huge techy person but was able to make these work right away! These are presented in a nicely designed package where all the items are secure. The box comes with 4 tips, 4 wings labeled L & R, USB-C cable, a charger, and instruction booklet. I downloaded the app, after figuring out which tips and wings fit my ear - placed them in the charging case, paired with Bluetooth and I was off. I have small ears so the buds came with the M(2) already on them and I selected the XS tip and they fit my ears well. I really like the magnetic hold in the case - makes me feel confident about placing them there and not falling out. Set up with the app has a few selections to go thru but I enjoyed the set up for me - just like doing a hearing test designed for my hearing! The battery life so far has been pretty good and the sound quality is great. I also went to the Soundcore website and watched some YouTube videos showing how to use these.

To fix the charging issue, we kindly ask you to try the following tips:
      1) Confirm that the charging case has power remaining (press the button on the case to see if there is any indication on the LED).
      2) Clean the charging pins with a dry cloth and an alcohol-based disinfectant. This is to ensure all charging contact pins on the earbuds and charging case are completely clean and dry of sweat and water. Then put the earbuds correctly into the case. When you put the earbuds back into the charging case, the lights inside the case will flash to indicate both earbuds are charging normally.
      3) Please take off the ear wings so they do not affect charging.

If the issue persists, please feel free to contact us via service@soundcore.com with your order information and problems. We will always be more than happy to help you. soundcore

Wow, I am blown away by the Liberty 3 Pro

All I can say is wow. I have always been partial to wired headphones and got the LG V60 specifically for the elevated listening experience that is a quality pair of IEM's with the additional power the V60 has built in for an unparalleled wired audio experience. I needed a pair of bluetooths a few years ago for commuting in NYC and for work and got the Sennheiser CX Sport and enjoyed them immensely, but the battery is failing and it was time to get something new and my research began. I was hesitant at first for true wireless, fearing they'd fall out or I'd lose one, but after a lot of digging, pulled the trigger on the Liberty 3 Pros's and all I can say is holy moly, did Anker knock it out of the park with these. The sound is incredible for Bluetooth audio and honestly pretty close to my Kinera Idun's on my V60 with the LDAC codec selected. The fit is perfect when you find the right combo of tip and fin and there's plenty of options to get the right fit. After you turn them on and get on the app, it bring you to the set up, where it will customize the listening experience to your hearing specifications/needs (this is a must, DO NOT SKIP THIS PART). The app is great and intuitive. You can also customize the tap controls on each bud. These are so sleek, so comfortable (I can wear them for hours without a hint of ear fatigue), the case/charger is awesome and fits in a jeans pocket comfortably. I am truly blown away that these are only $130. I just can't see the Sony's being $120 better than these. Lastly, I use these for work and am on the phone all day dealing with attorneys/law firms and have had no issues with being heard clearly. Do yourself a favor and get them.

To fix the noise canceling issue, we kindly ask you to try the following tips:

      1) Try other sizes of eartips and wear the earbuds in the correct position to ensure the earbuds fit well and create a tight seal. Please refer to a video by searching keywords "Ie-UOrYsgQ" online.
      2) Try the Hear ID ANC in a noisy environment to see if it helps.
      3) Upgrade the firmware to the latest version.
      4) Reset the earbuds using the following steps:
Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the cover open.
Press and hold the button on the case for 10 seconds until the LED indicators inside flash 3 times quickly. When the LEDs start flashing fast, it confirms that the reset was successful and the earbuds have entered pairing mode.

Note: In a noisy environment and at high volume, you may feel that the noise cancellation performance is not as strong.

    Best Anker Buds Yet.

I like to review my items in separate sections. So here is my thoughts on these ear buds. Good: Small and comfortable ear pieces (you can always change to suit your needs) and they come with many options for getting best fit. Rechargeable case with easy to see battery level lights. Case interior has lights so you see your buds in any environment. Sound options are plentiful and you can always customize if you need to easily. The stock one is a little tinny, but adding some bass rocks it perfectly. Case has QI charging available so that is a great option if you don't like wires or already have a dock set up. They are extremely light and will not come out on their own once you get the correct fitting. Too many choices in ear rubbers, ear fins and such so you will not have any problems finding your perfect match. Bad: Case has a slide to open lid, which on many occasions has opened in my bag and earbuds were out when I looked for them. The customization program is not great as if you push the earbuds in too far and cut off air, it will not read your hearing test correctly ( I like my fit "snug") Getting these things out of the case is difficult since they are so small and smooth. Also with magnets sometimes it will "grab" them back just as you are getting them partially out. You have to make sure you preferred settings are active as I have had it change when I used one earpiece and then tried to use both. Multipoint is great, but it will have a 2 seconds connect/disconnect if you walk out/in range while using them. I was watching a movie and moved to far from my phone and it cut the movie off for few seconds until it disconnected from the phone. Ugly: Case is smooth and like a little bar of soap if your hands are slightly wet or greasy. So be careful. Charging cable is short, so it does little good to use a wall mounted charger. Settings on each earbud do not work if only wearing one at a time. So volume, ANC, and the like are a no go here. I will admit it is a great step up and I do enjoy using them, only wish it would prompt you with the profile you are on, so you can not lose battery "out of nowwhere"
