Multipoint and awesome music quality are paramount for me and these deliver. The app is great too with and it's the best app of all earbuds that I own and a multitude of tips and wings. Sound is subjective and these may not fit the bill for everyone but for me...THESE THINGS ROCK!!

Pros: -Variety of Earbud pieces -Variety of “Winged” pieces -Sleek design and packaging -Overall Aesthetically pleasing Cons: -Case couldn’t charge the earbuds (regardless of charging cable used), thus rendering it entirely useless Overall: I love Anker products, but this was terrible. Customer service offered help but was to no avail. I would avoid this product.

To fix the charging issue, we kindly ask you to try the following tips:
- Confirm that the charging case has power remaining (press the button on the case to see if there is any indication on the LED).
- Clean the charging pins with a dry cloth and an alcohol-based disinfectant. This is to ensure all charging contact pins on the earbuds and charging case are completely clean and dry of sweat and water. Then put the earbuds correctly into the case. When you put the earbuds back into the charging case, the lights inside the case will flash to indicate both earbuds are charging normally.
- Please make sure the earwings are installed well so they didn't affect the charging.

Gestures are meh, no volume swipe control. Ear detection is abysmal, no auto mono when only 1 bud is connected.

The different settings were really cool but it suffers from the case being too big. The bluetooth connection is not very strong.

They are a little on the large size but fit well with the added wing tips. Anc works but is not thhe best out there. For the price these are really good.

Awful Earbuds

Anker had to replace three pairs of these over about 10 months because the right bud kept going bad on every pair. To their credit, they sent me a new pair, no questions asked, each time. After about a month, the buds would also have trouble charging. They get 1 star for great customer service. I finally gave up and bought a different brand.

The reason for the 4-star rating is fit. I have several other ear buds and I just can’t seem to find a proper fit with these. Sound is definitely 5 Stars.

The only thing that I have an issue and it isn't really an issue if the ear wings. They ten to slip a little and I have to readjust them sometimes.

Great sound, mainly use for calls but music is outstanding. ANC is good and satisfactory but not like the Sonys XM4. But for the price it is excellent. Recommend these a lot.
