Great sound quality but low on volume and build. When I travel in a bus I can hear the inside components shaking and it irritated me. The app doesn’t quickly recognise if the buds are taken out of case

The sound quality is ok if you can tolerate a hissing sound in the background. Active noise cancelling and transparency mode make the hissing worse, but it is still there in normal mode. The active noise cancelling is weak, despite their claims of how advanced it is. The rated battery life of 10 hours is with noise cancelling and transparency mode off. Expect less than 5 hours of battery life at a normal listening volume for the gym with noise cancelling on. The fit is not the most comfortable for my ear shape, and the buds become loose while exercising. LDAC is useless on these earbuds because it makes the battery life even worse and causes sound dropouts. I will be exchanging these for a different brand this weekend.

They sound good and don’t fall out, but the right earbud would not connect despite several troubleshooting steps on the Soundcore forums. I own several Anker/Soundcore products and have never had a negative experience till now. I replaced them with Bose QC Ultra buds.

Soundcore ear phones

These earphones are not for riding a mountain bike down the Rocky Mountains. But if you like the Fugees performance of "Killing Me Softly With His Song" they are great

They’re alright. I prefer the liberty 3 pros. The noise cancelling can definitely be improved in comparison to the liberty 3 pros… oh and the battery life sucks.

The options, functions and features of this belie the cost. You can get comparable ear buds. And you will pay at a minimum 150% more for them than these cost.

I bought these to replace an aging set of Soundcore Note3's. I really enjoyed those for a few years. These new earbuds should have been a substantial step up. Unfortunately I have been plauged with issue after issue. First, the sound quality is nowhere near the older, cheaper model. From the vary first day using the new buds, they were having connection issues. I downloaded the Soundcore app in hopes of a resolution. No luck. Now after less than a months use, they are 100% unusable. The right earbud wouldn't connect no matter what I tried. Then following the App. I had downloaded it said the earbuds needed a firmware update. Following that process proved to be an even bigger mistake. The update failed multiple times and both earbuds are completely unusable. I couldn't be more disappointed in a set of 100 dollar earbuds. Never again Soundcore. You have lost a customer.

Best earphones I’ve owned. Had the $300 sennheisers but the microphone quality ain’t as good as these.
