They sounded good but they never fit right— neither size. They kept falling out— and I finally lost one for good on a plane, and had to buy a different pair of ear buds.

Great in everything not Apple. If you don’t have an iPhone, these are well worth the price point, but if you have an iPhone, they get restricted in their capabilities.

Perfect for non-techies like me. It was easy to pair and easy to use and it sounds well enough.

Bought this for my boyfriend because he loves soundcore! He just needed new ones for work, but it does fall out the ears sometimes.

I own many high end earbuds and these are currently my fave. The app helps with equalizer and you can make these super loud

The earpiece comes off inside the ear. Very hard to get the thing out of the ear canal when it happens. Also, the part of the earpiece base that attaches to the earbud base is square not round making a pain to put back together. I had to superglue them back on. They sound good though.

Love soundcore products. As a uos driver I needs things that with withstand everything from weather,sweat and more and these always outlast everybody else's earbuds for me. I have several pairs of soundcore earbuds and the app is amazing !

These are my first bluetooth earbuds. They are doing everything I was hoping they would. The sound quality is great and they are extremely user friendly.

Great earbuds. Good sound. I use them when waiting for my medical appointments.

for the money you cant get any better these out perform others thats at a higher cost point the app is awesome

Here is what you need to know, short and sweet, this device has all the options and features included. It is missing nothing. But the music/movie/media sound is very processed, very robotic. The Noise reduction feature average, nothing impressive. When connected to my Galaxy Book 4 Edge, it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting, when watching Netflix on the Book 4 Edge, the lips sync is off. None of those issues with my Chromebook, so it might be a Windows 11 issue. Spotify sounds better on these when connected to me iPhone 13 Pro then when connected to my Pixel 8A, so they perform differently with different devices. They are beautiful to look at, they are super comfortable, I got a really nice deal on them, so I will keep them, but they didn't wowed me in any way.

These are known for the mic call quality, but after testing these earbuds for a few weeks in a harsh work environment they were returned. In a normal quiet to normal indoor noise level it performs great. In a moderately loud to a construction zone/busy downtown city street like environment, it underperforms tremendously. It has slight improvements in call quality over my Pixel Buds Pro 1 but not enough to justify keeping them. I returned them and am returning back to my Pixel Buds Pro 1 and will continue my search for earbuds to make phone calls in my loud work environment.
