    They constantly fall out despite changing the earbuds. First pair last a week. Got replacement that lasted less than a year. I cannot recommend.

      Please reset your headphone:
      --Place the earbuds back into the charging case and make sure the earbuds are being charged.
      --Keep the charging case open, then press and hold the button at the back of the case for 10 seconds until both earbuds' LED lights flash red 3 times.

    The thing kept falling out of my ear and very difficult to connect. I could only get one or the other going but never both at same time.

    These earbuds are awful. As soon as I took out the earbuds, I noticed that the left earbud's LED light was noticeably duller than the right. Then, before even listening to them, I attempted to connect them to the app, and the app could not find them. I then decided to just try and listen to them, and they sounded tinny and quiet. Every time something played only one would work then the other would catch up. On top of that, there was a very loud buzzing. Do not recommend these, I'm going to return them and find a different pair.

Normally when you pair both earbuds with your device, when you open the Soundcore APP, it detects your Liberty Air 2 automatically and connects. Please make sure both earbuds are paired fine with your device already. And for the sound, please try other sizes eartips and earwings to get a better seal, which affects the sound performance.     No mic noise reduction

    I bought it because I was looking for a reasonably priced earphones with a good mic noise reduction but unfortunately the mic noise reduction is not functioning at all.

    They are good quality but I bought them for my nephew of 10 and they are hard to configure for him when some others are easier they are good but for adults. I returned them.

    Did not care for the earbuds. Would not stay in ears. Returned. I was buying these to replace Apple Air Pods that were worn out. The fit is not good.

    Constantly having a connecting issue

    I have a pairing issue with my Google Pixel. When it looks connected, the sound still comes out of the phone. Customer service of Anker responds very quick though.

    These don't stay charged long enough. Even if you charge them over night. They don't even last 30 mins before one side stops working

      Please try these steps to see if they help resolve the issue or not:

      1.Try to fully charge the charging case and earbuds. (The LED light will be off when the earbuds are fully charged)

      2. Make sure the charger and cable are working before you charge the earbuds.

      3. Find out how many hours the pair of headphones can play at 60% volume when it is fully charged. (Note: Playtime is varied due to audio content and volume level. After the headphones are fully charged, the playtime is around 7 hours at 60% volume.)

      If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
      -Delete (forget/ignore) the pairing records for the headphones (both Liberty & Liberty L) on your device (phone/tablet/etc.) and turn off the Bluetooth.
      -Reset the earbuds using the following steps:
      1). Place the earbuds back into the charging case and keep the case open.
      2).Tap and hold the button at the back of the case for 10 seconds until both earbuds' LED lights flash red 3 times.
      -After the reset you will see the white light flashes quickly on the one earbud and the light flashes slowly on the other side, which means they pair together.
      -Turn on the Bluetooth on your device again, search for the Liberty (not Liberty L) and pair the device to see if that worked.
      -Please try with another device (phone/tablet/etc.) and see if the issue is the same.

    Got these for my wife but it doesn't stay in her ears. Good for movies and talking. It's just okay. Nosie cancellation is so so.

    Complete garbage. The right earbud stopped charging after three work outs and now I'm left with only the left earbud working. For $115 this might be one of my worst electronic purchases of my life. I normally NEVER leave reviews but I'm so angry about these I wanted to make sure nobody else makes this mistake. I'm not sure what I can even do to recoup my purchase but I'm just so disappointed in this product.

      2. Ensure all charging contact pins on the earbuds and charging case are completely clean and dry of sweat and water. Then put earbuds correctly into the case.
      When you put the earbuds back into the charging case, the first and third lights on the case flash twice to indicate both earbuds are charging normally.

    They were really great sounding EarPods ..but reconnecting the to ur phone is bad ..you have to do so much to reconnect..

    It's not too bad for listening to music, but the call quality is terrible. Plus, it has a great feature to end the call when long pressing the earbud so I end up hanging up on a lot of calls when I put these in after getting a call. I contacted Anker who sent me out a replacement pair (their support was great) but the second pair has the same poor quality issues and now I'm outside of the return window, great.

      - What is the model and OS of the device you are connecting the headphone with?
      - Are you having this issue with regular phone calls or with an App you use for calls (e.g. Skype, Whatsapp etc.)?
      - Where are you usually when the problem happens? Indoors? On a busy street?
      - Please also let us know the firmware version of your Soundcore APP. Is it up to date?
      - Does this issue happen when you use both sides together? Or only use one side?

      - Use the default phone call on another phone to see if it makes any difference.
