      - What is the model and OS of the device you are connecting the headphone with?
      - Are you having this issue with regular phone calls or with an App you use for calls (e.g. Skype, Whatsapp etc.)?
      - Where are you usually when the problem happens? Indoors? On a busy street?
      - Please also let us know the firmware version of your Soundcore APP. Is it up to date?
      - Does this issue happen when you use both sides together? Or only use one side?

    The biggest problem with these is that they are both enormous and heavy - a more minor difficulty is that while watching a movie on netflix the sound would just randomly stop working. Disappointed since Anker is usually decent quality for the price. Don’t waste your money, buy something better

    Absolute junk. Sound quality poor. Battery life less than two hours. Worked with Soundcore customer service for two days and they wanted to replace under warranty. Since it was only 3 days from original purchase, I took them back for refund. Spend the extra and get iPods.

    Just couldn’t get these to stay in my ear to save my life!!! And the sensitivity of the touch on the earbuds was ridiculous. The earbuds would somehow pick up “dial ***** mobile” when the name isn’t even said. Worst pair of earbuds I’ve ever purchased.

    Wireless Earphones from Hell

    Omg. These wireless ear phones were horrible. I tried for over 30 mins to make both earphones work at the same time. I finally gave up and I don’t give up easily. FYI: I never did get the earphones to work. I returned them and purchased Beats by Dr Dre wireless earphones.

      We understand that you have tried some troubleshooting already, but please confirm that you have also tried the following steps if you do not return them:
      1. Forget the pairing record on your device and turn off your device's Bluetooth.
      2. Place the earbuds into the charging case and make sure they are being charged. When you put the left earbuds into the charging case, the left LED light on charging case will flash 2 times which means the earbuds is charging, please also note the right side will also do the same time, when you put it into charging case, the right LED light on charging case will also flash.
      3. Keep the charging case open, then press and hold the button on the bottom of the charging case for 10 seconds until the LED indicators on both earbuds flash red 3 times. All the memory data will be cleared, then close the charging case.
      4. Re-open the charging case or take both sides out of the charging case, the white light on one side will flash quickly, which means it enters pairing mode
      5. Enable the Bluetooth on your bluetooth devices. You can find the device name "Soundbuds Liberty Air 2" or "Soundcore Liberty Air 2-L" on the Bluetooth list.
      6. Please click "Soundbuds Liberty Air 2" or "Soundcore Liberty Air 2-L" for pairing, the white light will flash slowly, which means it paired successfully.
      7. Then there will pop out a screen with "Bluetooth Pairing Request", just click "Pair" (This step is very important). If stil the same, please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can take care of you. You are important to us, and we want to help as much as we're able to.     Besides having to re-pair these things practically every time I use them, they sound rotten. Doesn't matter if I use the customization app. No bass, tinny thin sound, blech. Tempted by the cheap price, got what I paid for.

      If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
      -Delete (forget/ignore) the pairing records for the headphones (both Liberty & Liberty L) on your device (phone/tablet/etc.) and turn off the Bluetooth.
      -Reset the earbuds using the following steps:
      1). Place the earbuds back into the charging case and keep the case open.
      2).Tap and hold the button at the back of the case for 10 seconds until both earbuds' LED lights flash red 3 times.
      -After the reset you will see the white light flashes quickly on the one earbud and the light flashes slowly on the other side, which means they pair together.
      -Turn on the Bluetooth on your device again, search for the Liberty (not Liberty L) and pair the device to see if that worked.
      -Please try with another device (phone/tablet/etc.) and see if the issue is the same.
      - Open the Souncore APP and pair the headphones, then adjust the EQ(Click Controller to enter the Custom Command page).

      Note: When there is a pop-up window for you to confirm pairing. Select "pair". If you select "cancel" accidentally, you need to delete the earbuds from the device's Bluetooth history and re-pair the earbuds.

    Did not do what I thought it would do.

    The earbuds worked fine while on the phone or listening to music. But once the call or music stopped, I was deaf. I had to take them off to hear other noises around me. That was not good, especially for someone with a hearing problem to start with.

    Ear buds - too much background noise

    Ear buds kept falling out of my ear even with changing out the ear cushions. Background noise was very loud when used to talk on the phone, no noise cancellation. Voice sounds muffled if there is noise in the background.

    They kept on falling out no grip support in your ear lobs. They irritated my left ear since it was always falling out. I had to be pressing them in twisting them to stay in they scalped the inside of my left ear lob. I wouldn’t recommend.

    The Bluetooth will not stay connected, every time you want to listen to something what the earphones you have to go back in and re connect to Bluetooth and it cuts out in the middle of the you listening to it.

      - Try reducing the distance between your right earbud and your audio device, like having your audio device in your right pocket or right side. Your right earbud is the master (main) earbud. It connects to your audio device and to the left earbud.

      - Reset the earbuds using the following steps:
      Place the earbuds back into the charging case and keep the case open.
      Tap and hold the button at the back of the case for 10 seconds until both earbuds' LED lights flash red 3 times.
      - Reset your Bluetooth connection by turning off the Bluetooth from your device (phone/tablet/etc.) for at least 10 seconds and then turn it back on. Please note, turning Bluetooth off and back on quickly will not reset the connection.
      - Try closing any other Apps you are not using on your device.
      - Please try with another device (phone/tablet/etc.) and see if the issue is the same.
