She really enjoys them. Good sound quality and definitely better than wired headphones for a workout. Good Bluetooth radius where she can walk away from her phone and still get quality audio.

For 100 dollars I though the phone call audio quality would be better.

The only problem was a month after having them there was a buzzing/ white noise in the right ear. Could’ve been a fluke, but it was pretty noticeable

These have fantastic sound and I would put these up against most others in this class and I include the AirPod pros. The price I believe makes these an exceptional buy compared to the others earbuds such as AirPod pros.

After searching how to get them set as a pair, and downloaded the app, set them up to my personal settings, it was all uphill from there. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

They were not even close. From pairing to voice calls, they fell flat. You have to always manually go into your phone and switch to use the earbuds when getting or making a phone call. They’re not intelligent enough to automatically connect. I have also accidentally dropped calls more than 20 times just by slightly moving to adjust the earbuds. It automatically drops a call just by touching them. It will frequently pair and unpair while on a call. Sometimes it will pair one ear and not the other. And finally, everyone has been complaining about my voice sounding “distant” and hollow. They also do a terrible job of blocking out ambient noise around me while on a call. They seem to actually amplify the noise and reduce my voice for people on the other end. All and all, this was a bad purchase.

Please try these steps to see if they help resolve the issue or not:
1)Forget the pairing record on your device and reset the headphones: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and keep the case open, tap then hold the button at the bottom of the case until both the earbuds' LED lights flash red 3 times. This will clear the pairing information and the earbuds will restart automatically.
2)Pair them with your device again and using the default phone call.
3)Try to test the headphones with another phone.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.At first i was very pleased woth this product amd enjoyed them daily for the last 2 weeks, they never worked perfectly or fit my ear perfectly but for the price i was more than happy with the earbuds and their overall quality, i will be returning them today because when i tried to use them the sound on both sides is still muffled and distorted. I am very disappointed and will not use this brand again

Posted .- Make sure your headphones are fully charged
- Make sure that the volume is turned up on both the headphone and the device
- Try to clean the filter gently using some swabs with rubbing alcohol
- Try these headphones on another Bluetooth device to see if the problem persists.
- "Forget" the headphones in your device's Bluetooth history and reset the earbuds and then pair them again to test.

They get pretty loud and they stay in my ears even when working out, though I mostly run and lift, I don’t do anything crazy. I love the touch controls as well as opposed to other wireless headphones.
