Cheaper Than AirPod Pros

These looked to fit the bill, but I cannot get the left one to stay in my ear for anything, no matter which size insert I use. Oh well. They do sound great, but the microphone will drop connection with my phone from time to time. Next time I'll splurge on the Apples. I will not buy an Anker product in the future.

Please try these steps to see if they help resolve the issue or not: 1. Reset the earbuds: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and keep the case open, and then tap and hold the button at the back of the case for 10 seconds until both earbuds' LED lights flash red 3 times. 2.Use the default phone call to see if any difference. 3. Reset your Bluetooth connection by turning off your device's Bluetooth for at least 10 seconds and then turn it back on. If those steps don't help, please reach out to us via service@soundcore.com for further assistance. We offer an 18-month warranty for this product, plus lifetime technical support. Our standard for responding to email quests is less than 24 hours, and we look forward to hearing from you!

Then the left earbud died within 3 weeks. It's a shame because the sound quality was very good, but I returned these due to the left earbud dying. If you read enough reviews, you'll see that it is apparently not a rare occurance.
