Unable to connect

The sound was great on the side that was connected, but both sides would not connect at the same time. Tried to connect over and over again and followed the troubleshooting guide, but couldn't get it to work. Returned item to store.

I started using them at the gym and the right earbud stopped charging after 6 months.. I'm processing an RMA with Soundcore. Fortunately they have a 12 month warranty. Maybe the next set will be better.

Originial pair was flawed

The right ear stopped charging and apparently there was a recall that we were not informed of. Other than that we replaced them with the Black pair and I am thoroughly happy with the new set!

Great in ear headphones

After reading several reviews of many in ear headphones I chose these and I'm very happy. Pairing them with my Samsung phone saw very easy. With soundcore app you can customize them which makes using them even better. You can use one at a time or both. I definitely recommend buying the Liberty Air 2.
