    Lasted 5 months, tried to warranty and Lost patience with the Soundcore warranty process. Take my advice and go buy some $30 jdubs that will last way longer

    I have had this headphones for 6months the first day they would not pair to my Iphone now we are on a trip an they will not connect don't buy these headphones!!!!

      Please try these steps to see if they help resolve the issue or not:
      - Forget the pairing record on your device and turn off the Bluetooth
      - Put both earbuds back into the charging case and keep the case open. Hold the button below the charging case for 10 seconds to reset the headphones.
      - Turn on the Bluetooth and try to pair them again.

    Ordered a brand new white pair (got them today) the right earbud does not work AT ALL. Returning them ASAP.

      We need to document the issue in order to process a warranty claim, so please share with us the details of what's going wrong with the device. Do you mean one side is not charging? Or it has no sound?

      Perhaps these troubleshooting tips will help:

      - Place the earbuds into the charging case and make sure they are being charged. When you put the left earbuds into the charging case, the left LED light on charging case will flash 2 times which means the earbuds is charging, please also note the right side will also do the same time, when you put it into charging case, the right LED light on charging case will also flash.
      - Keep the charging case open, then press and hold the button on the bottom of the charging case for 10 seconds until the LED indicators on both earbuds flash red 3 times. All the memory data will be cleared, then close the charging case. We're going to do our best to make sure you're 100% satisfied!
